  • Sunrise with a low tide could create some very neat pictures. I was too late to take advantage of getting closer to the people out gathering the different types of seafood left stranded by the low water.

  • This beach has the whitest sand and bluest waters I’ve ever seen! On Sundays it’s ridiculously busy with locals so prepare to feel like a zoo animal as people stare, wave and take photos of you. You have to pay 5000 rupiah to park your scooter (maybe just a tourists fee…). There are lots of bracelet kids and sarong/t-shirt sellers so get your “no thanks” face ready.
