The staff have been excellent and easy to contact through what’s app. I was able to arrange airport pickup easily and very affordable. Even though our late night flight was late the driver waited for us and was easy to find, had a sign with our names right as we excited. Staff very friendly and helpful once in the hotel as well.

إقامتي لابأس بها ولاتفاجئنا ببعض الامور عند الحجز عن طريق بوكينج كان شئ والواقع شئ آخر للأسف وذلك مثلا موقف السيارات لايوجد وفطور لطفل بالغ لايوجد أمن من ناحية نظافة الغرفة نظيفة ومقبولة ولاكن اتمنى لو تغير وسادات النوم لانها سيئة ورديئة أثناء النوم اما موقعه رائع ويمكن الذهاب للمباركية مشيا ونظافته رائعة والزل نظيف جدا

Good hotel, would stay here again

The Inn & Go is a good hotel. It's an older building but in good state. Breakfast was good. The gym was nothing special, three running machines, one crosstrainer and one fitness bike that was broken. There are some shops/supermarkets in the neighbourhood and also some fast food and small restaurants. And there is a restaurant in the hotel too. Overall I would stay here again.

Pleasant short stay, but could be better

Positive points: - friendly staff - nice breakfast - spacious room Negative points: - pool is too small - wifi is very slow - furniture and especially closets seem too old and need to be replaced - although hotel is offering free shuttle bus and paid private car ride to and from the airport, they couldn't find an available driver for any of those services and I had to look for a taxi

amazing staff

amazing staff, so helpful. Rooms are a good size and the bathrooms large and well equipped - huge bath and great shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Vergane glorie

Dit hotel is sterk verouderd, vergane glory, de kamer en badkamer met gebreken, gedateerde kleuren, ouderwets, het personeel was wel heel aardig netjes en behulpzaam. Achter aan het hotel vast zit een winkelcentrum waarvan de meeste winkels leeg staan. Al met al een armoedige sfeer.

فندق محبط سعر غالي خدمات عكس السعر

الصراحه كنت اتوقع انه فندق على السعر انه راح يكون راقي لكن للاسف فااااشل مقارنه بالسعر , اتوقع حده 200 ريال في اليوم . كان فيه صوت مزعج بالمكيف , لم اجد فرشات اسنان , الفوط قليله جداً , الاثاث مررررررره قديم , رائحه المكان كانت جداَ سيئه جدا جدا .. مواقف السيييييييييييييييييييييييارات لا يوووووجد وهذا اكبر سبب يخليني ما ارجع للفندق لو كان ليلته 100ريال (10دينار ) استحااااله

A very comfortable stay

I had a comfortable stay at the Inn and Go Plaza Hotel. The night of my arrival was a bit cool and the custodial staff provided a heater. The room was very clean as a well as the bathroom. The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets and stores. The area is quite safe, as most countries in the Middle East. In my opinion, a very good location. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I enjoyed going to breakfast the time spend. While I did not encounter any rude employees, the mannerisms of one or two of the receptionists were not as friendly-perhaps it was just their personalities. Needless to say I had a great trip overall. Although I shared this with the manager, I will mention it for the purpose of informing others. Upon arrival I was not given information as to how to go about sightseeing. It wasn't until the next day that I wondered over to the receptionist's area and began to inquire. In the midst of me asking questions, the receptionist volunteered answers, and it was at that moment when I understood that the hotel provided car service with a driver. I must also mentioned that I emailed the hotel on two occasions inquirng about the services they provided; however, no one responded to my emails. Although I have rated the hotel very high overall, it does need to do a better job in providing important information to its guests.
