Worse experience ever

Upon check-in at 12:30 am First the receptionist was sleeping and then i realised that her english is very poor Eventhough i paid fully my reservation and i showed her the proof but she didn't accept and when i insisted she was so rude and kept repeating no money no room , so at the end i have to pay again and even higher price Water for shwoer was smelly and to make it worse the mattress was old that i can feel mattress razors in my back , when asking them to change it or change the room , they claimed that hotel is full which was not true and the hotel was nearly empty Breakfast was also very poor This hotel should be maximum 1 star or even should close

Awesome little gem of a hotel

I stopped here just for a rest overnight on a long car journey with no expectations however amazingly comfortable and nice hotel staff are very friendly the place has lots of character and the restaurant is amazing the food is fantastic and very very reasonably priced

Very very clean although dated, no elevators. ALWAYS TAKE UBER EVERYWHERE. The airport when you land is covered with "Taxi Pimps" who will try and have you pay them 4x the going rate.

Good Staff nice hotel and bad luck at arrival

The location is okay, about 15 minutes to the next metro, the way is only next to a busy street. The area around the hotel offers a few 24/7 supermarkets. And the hotel itself, really nice. Lovingly designed rooms with a lot of attention to detail. Unfortunately, I was pursued by bad luck since my arrival. There was no running water at my arrival, so washing my hands, taking a shower and the toilet was not working (after emptying the cistern). My originally booked room was also not available, here I got a bigger one for a few days (but was put into another new one early). My bigger room didn't have a working air conditioner and windows that couldn't be opened at 30°C room temperature. I could do the first body wash on the second day of my stay in the neighbouring hotel. These and various other small unfortunate events unfortunately left a somewhat bitter aftertaste. Despite these shortcomings no accommodation of the staff / hotel in the direction of breakfast or similar

This is an excellent Hotel. A little far out from the city centre but the metro system here is amazing and so cheap. However, much simpler if you're driving. But the staff here are excellent and so is the food, and the surroundings a little unusual. The WiFi was very good and a lot of tv channels, though not in English. I would stay here again.

Good price/quality relation

Good and polite service, tiny room, but clean - also very cheap, so nothing to complain. Satisfactory breakfast. Location not that bad, old town around 1,5 km. Peaceful and nice overall.

Disappointing. Isolated.

Disappointing, hotel too far away from sights of Kyiv. No one available to help with luggage up 3 flights of stairs, no Lift. You have to pay extra for water, shampoos, shower gels towels. Your ordered Breakfast had to be booked for a "set" time- it was all on table when we arrived down- cold, no drinks (as we had not requested it- so glass of water and tea charged extra. Supposedly 5 mins from Metro but took 45 mins to walk too Teremky station & cost 300 hryvnya to come back.
