Clean and safe
The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Location is not that great, but Uber makes it work (2$-3$ to anywhere)

Bed and BREAKFAST!!
Wonderful family owned bed and magnificent Ukrainian style breakfast! So much food and professionally prepared and served.
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful (especially to inept Ukrainian speaking Americans).
Rooms were cleaned daily. Only down grade would be enough water pressure to have the power jets in the shower to work properly but you could take normal shower with plenty of hot water.
Quaint but well maintained garden area. Provided a nice peaceful tranquil setting to relax and either soak up the sun or stay in the shade.
Can't emphasize enough about the food. Ordered dinner one night for under 500 UAH. Included beef and green beans, ravioli stuffed with beef, cheesecake with resh boyseberries and raspberries along with chocolate ice cream and same fresh berries.
About 20-25 minutes from city central. Highly recommend this nice bread and breakfast hotel.
Thank you for a memorable first trip to Ukraine experience.

A Nice Experience
From beginning to ending our trip and accomodation was good. Oselya is a ice and lovely hotel. All hotel’s workers’ are friendly and have smiling faces. Our room was always clean and tidy. Room design is also very nice and decorative. We stayed 3 people in one room just the bed that I slept was very uncomfortable and noisy. Breakfasts were so so nice with the smelling of flowers at the nice garden. Oksana and her husband who are the owners of hotel came to beside us for meeting. It was so lovely.
And special thanks to Diana and her friend (I forgot her name)
Hotel is a little bit far from city centre but you can use Uber and metro it is so practical and cheap. When you reach the Demivska Metro Station you can easily go to city centre.
All in all, Kiev and Oselya were beautiful. Thank you again for all of you!

above and beyond expectations
I stay many nights at hotels due to my travels, so I have lots to compare with. And Oselya was above and beyond expectations. Friendly like a family, professional like a high end hotel. They go the extra mile with quality of the room and by helping you out with arranging transfers and being helpful towards the visitor. The garden is beautiful and the room clean and very comfortable. Amazing work guys, keep it up!

Juist niet!! Lijkt wat teveel achteraf gelegen, overigens zeer goed t.o.v. de Airport! Super service Mej. Anna, repesentatief, vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Jammer dat je in Ukraine in de Hotels in het algemeen veel medewerkers aan de ontvangstdesk tegenkomt, welke telkens een arbeidsduur hebben van 1 uur op en en 12 uur af. Is ze goed aan te zien??!!!

Room is clean confortable and cozy, They have A nice Garden for lay Sun, is a quiet square,close from place there are a nice park.

Wonderful modern and bespoke hotel
We had a super late check in (~2am) and the hotel staff stayed up and let us to our room. The room is clean and modern, with a nice hot shower and cosy bed. The breakfast was tasty and delivered to our room, all included within the price! It isn't very close to the Metro but uber gets around this. I wish I knew about this hotel before and intend to stay again.

Middle of nowhere
I would characterize this hotel as more a bed and breakfast. It is far from anything in a residential neighborhood. Not close to all the attractions in Kiev. You must take a taxi or walk a long distance to reach the Metro. Place is clean and staff friendly, but the price is too high because of the poor location and lack of facilities. It is more a bed and breakfast than a hotel.

A rustic gem
My original impression of the hotel was less than spectacular. After all it is on the expensive side for Kiev (where you can find reasonable accommodation for less than half the price). Nor is it located near the center of town. However it did grow on me, with its family-owned feel, distinctively decorated rooms, and especially thanks to the lovely and welcoming managers. Every morning they provide a genuinely home cooked and freshly made breakfast, and at all other times they are available and helpful (making some tea, or opening the parking gate). This is also the only hotel that has sent me a personal message before and after my stay.

Not so close to metro or downtown, but staff provided transport that made it nice. Rooms smaller than I expected, but otherwise it was fine. Nice, pretty garden helped a lot.

Perfect place with great service
It was short trip but I wish I could stay there longer. I ordered transfer and was met by owner at the airport. My room was big and nicely decorated actually all hotel is done with good tast. Fireplace at lobby, fast internet, very friendly and helpful staff. They have big garden and it should be very nice in summer. Breakfast was big and delicious. Hotel is located in the city but not in downtown. Owners try to compensate it by free transfers to and from subway station. It takes up to 5 min but walking is 20 min. It still was very comfortable to explore the city Oksana the owner helped me to plan my route in Kiev and I visited many places during my stay. Oksana is very helpful, I got valuable information what to see and where to go. Also about tips, taxi, bank I had feeling like I have old good friend there. Downtown and the best night club are 10 min by taxi from the hotel. Taxi is very cheap trip to downtown costs $2,5. Uber works very well. Lovely hotel with very good service.

Gut geführtes Familienhotel
Ein kleines aber feines familiengeführtes Hotel.
Sercice ist sehr vorbildlich und freundlich.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit,versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Ob man einen Blumenstrauß brauch,ein Taxi und vieles andere.
Frühstück wird nach eigenem Wunsch,zusammengestellt.
Die kleine aber sehr schöne Gartenanlage,lädt zum verweilen ein,egal ob zum Frühstück,im Teehaus zum Kaffee oder Abends zu einem Glas Wein.
Leider ist die Lage nicht ideal.
Der nationale Flughafen,liegt in der Nähe.
Die Lärmbelästigung,hält sich aber in Grenzen.
Außerhalb des Hotels,Umgebung Gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Trotzdem kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.
Als Ausgangspunkt,für Ausflüge,sehr gut.
Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist sehr gut.

Excellent hotel!
I and my girlfriend stayed in the hotel for few days. It was our first offline meeting and place was very important for me. I was met in the airport by owner Oksana and we talked about possible scenarios for first meeting. Hotel organized a dinner for us in the garden and created romantic atmospher there. Our staying was wonderful. We took hotel bicicals to explore the city and walked a lot. For my trip I couldn't find better hotel in Kiev.

Highly recommended!
That is very romantic hotel of Kiev. Located in the city but in private area that makes it very quiet and unique. Rooms are decorated with taste, nice and new furniture. We explored city by hotel bicycles. It was a bit dangerous as traffic in the city is horrible so if you are not experienced and brave better go to the park nearby. Delicious breakfast was served in the hotel garden by very friendly owners. Loved it and enjoyed it every minute. Highly recommended!

Excellent assistance on the phone before we arrived. Friendly and helpful staff - excellent English. Wonderful room.
Quiet location and hotel. Recommended partner local restaurant has great food.

Peaceful. Quiet, Beautiful. First Class.
I adored the Oselya Hotel. I have been traveling for four years and I know an exceptional hotel when I see one. It was in every way what I look for in a hotel. It was extremely clean, beautifully furnished and decorated with fresh flowers. The rooms were light and airy and very comfortable, The staff was friendly and bent over backwards to accommodate me with certain food sensitivities and preferences. The hotel is a bit out of the way but the staff was always wiling to drive me to the bank, the store, the metro, the airport, or restaurant. They even ordered from a local restaurant for me and then went and picked it up. The food that they served was excellent and the garden was gorgeous. It is the perfect place to eat or just sit and enjoy the flowers, the greenery, and the sound of the fountain. I can't say enough about this hotel. I wished I could have stayed longer.

Het was kort maar zeer goed en ondertussen zullen mijn vrouw en haar zoon op hun terugreis er ook verblijven i.p.v. een ander hotel waar we eerder hadden gereserveerd.

Pleasant Guest House Hotel
The Oselya is a very welcoming family-owned hotel located in the suburbs of Kiev, which means, in my view, that it best suits visitors with a car or those who have been to Kiev before. Visitors who are not familiar with the Cyrillic alphabet may find getting around town a challenge if they need to use public transport. The hotel, though, has a pleasant garden which you can enjoy if you don't want to experience the bustle of the city.

Beautiful, friendly hotel a bit away from center
We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Oselya. Hotel is more like an high class bed and breakfest whit only 7 rooms run by one family. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms were modern and interior was romantic but not tacky. The garden was gorgeus and one of the best parts was having breakfest in the garden. Hotel staff was very helpfull and spoke great english. The transportation service from and to airport was great and easy to use. Hotel is located out of the city center, but a bus+metro takes about 20 minutes and costs about 50 euro cents/person. Also hotel staff can order you a taxi for the price of about 7 euro. Although I must warn you that the taxis are quite an adventure (old rattletrap cars without setbelts and very fast driving...). All in all I have nothing bad to say about Oselya :)
