Really helpful staff

Great location. Excellent staff. Loved the whole stay. You are close to the center so it can be a touch noisy but that white noise that helps you sleep.

とても豪華な部屋だった。3000円程度で泊まれたのが不思議。建物の外観は古くチェックイン時に鍵が曲がっていて替えの鍵を貰うまでにとても時間がかかったが、部屋は改装されたばかりでとても新しく、広く、足を伸ばせるバスユニットがあった。自分の国でもこのスペックのアパートに住むのは難しいと思う。独立広場までは距離があるがほぼ一本道でたどり着け、途中で主要な観光施設に足を伸ばせる。ショッピングモールも近く、部屋が空いていれば滞在日数を伸ばしたかった。恐らくまた泊まる。

Great location and excellent service

This is a great location and excellent service. The only problem was the noise of pump in the bathroom. I think this maybe only for my room. Also, if you need a quiet room, this is not for you becuase of city traffic. However, I enjoyed my stay. and will stay again. I forgot my keys twice. Once and 8pm and the next time at 2am in the morning after a night out. On both occasions they sent someone to open my door, even when the office was closed. That was really great. Thank you.

The apartment was close to the center, it felt like the km view was a bit wrong, However, only a plus as I would like to see the city. There are many restaurants nearby, Check-in was easy and finding the apartment was easy The staff in were good and nice, Service every day with linen and towels changed if desired.Earlier check out was easy, advantage if you have early flights to catch. I had a great stay, will return.

The room was clean and updated in on old building. My room was okay and very large with a good kitchen an bathroom but the entrance to the room building was in a dark alley and the room was on the fourth floor with no elevator.

Красивая и уютная квартира. Отличное место расположение. Особо удивило обслуживание. Персонал вежлив, точен и профессионален. Одно удовольствие общаться. Многие ругают подъезды. Я с этими людьми не согласен. Да в старых домах старенькие подъезды, а как иначе? Но наш подъезд был абсолютно чистым, полное отсутствие каких либо запахов которые я помню по советскому детству. Из минусов (чтобы народ не подумал что у меня розовые очки) - гидромассажную ванну можно уже обновить. Телевизор тем более (я думал таких уже не бывает)) ). Но это мелочи которые не испортили нам впечатления от великолепного обслуживания и комфортного проживания. Могу также порекомендовать воспользоваться трансфером из\в аэропорт. Удобно и не дорого.

Highly recommend!

My husband and I were in Kiev for the Champions League Final and ended up staying in two different Partner Guest House apartments during our stay, as well as an Airbnb. I wish we could have stayed with Partner Guest House the entire trip. Don't let the old buildings and staircases fool you; the rooms are very nice and modern. The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly and their english is quite good. Check in happens at a reception location and then they will direct you to where the apartment is. Ours was in the same building and next door, so an easy process all in all. I highly recommend utilizing their driver for pick up and drop off at the airport. The price is very fair and I believe less expensive than hailing your own cab. If I come to Kiev again, I absolutely would stay with Partner Guest House.

Good for what it is.

Stayed here for champions league final. Was only place available. Went to offices and was given keys to apartment block 5 min walk away. Local had to help us to the block but on less busy weekends someone takes you apparently. The lift and building were old and creepy at night but the room itself was clean and comfortable. Can’t fault the service. I imagine at normal weekend prices it would be a good option.

Modernes Apartment. Direkt im Zentrum.

Das Apartment war neu und sehr modern eingerichtet. Auch an Kleinigkeiten (z.B. Flaschenöffner, Tee/Kaffee, Seife/Duschgel, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine) wurde gedacht. Gutes und bequemes Bett. Alles sauber. Ein Problem gab es allerdings und das vor allen Dingen der Hausflur. Dort war während unseres Aufenthalts das Licht ausgefallen. Komplett unbeleuchtet musste man eine steile Treppe in Richtung Keller gehen um zum Apartment zu gelangen. Richtig unheimlich.

a nightmare

Simply an awful choice for accommodation in kiev for one night. Location was off the track and the apartment building was HORRIBLE No one from Canada could ever have expected the nightmarish kind of building that I was sent to. NEVER again.

Everything was good. The girls help us with some recommendations and transport. Friendly and helpful. The room was renowned, we loved hight ceilings and the balcony to the avenue. Warm and clean.
