價廉物美，住宿體驗良好

6人的中學畢業旅行，京都停留4日3夜。 整體很好。 設施齊備，有微波爐洗衣機電磁爐等等都是可用的，浴室有乾燥功能晾衣服一晚就乾了。美中不足是煲水的水壺是漏水的，我們要用小煲和電磁爐煲熱水。 3間房間，每間房2張床，整潔度很好一切正常。樓下兩間房各有兩個插頭位，樓上房間插頭位置較隱蔽，且被盆栽擋住要移一下位。 交通方面，位置不錯，過對面馬路步行2分鐘有便利店，距離京都車站步行大概10分鐘。 唯一不便是，京都車站有兩邊不同方向的出口，在車站和地下街內很難找到正確的出口，上到地面有可能要繞過車站才能到酒店(民宿)。 同行朋友都覺得這裡很好。如有機會再到，會考慮再住這裡。

Kyoto stay with 1 shower room Apartment

This a apartment with double-story , as standard in Japan (especially in Tokyo) the apartment is not big but Ok for 10pax of us. Must get the email before your arrival, and read the instructions in detail. MUST get the info 72hrs before your check-in. That's no respond after 7pm working hour. My mistake didn't read the email, end up bit worry about the check-in but end up with Very Helpful staff to get the check-in problem solved. Overall is pretty good in location, clean, cozy, comfortable...... Bad is ONLY 1 shower/Bath. 2 Toilets. Ready for Long Q especially in d morning or after an exhausted day wish pampering with hot shower 😫 *parking : need to park next Street (not far and much cheaper) instead of the parking lot next to Police Station. The price bit high (location) , I believe with car we can get a better one. Overall is Ok (really can't accept only 1 shower). A lady Staff is Fantastic 😍

매우 깔끔하고 조용하고 난방도 잘 되는 예쁜 2층 아파트입니다. 친구들과 7인이 묵었는데 식기류와 수건 등도 인원에 맞게 준비되어있어 아주 만족했어요 교토역에서 가깝고 관광지로 가는 버스정류장, 백화점. 식당가가 교토역에 몰려 있어서 3박4일동안 편리하게 잘 지냈습니다

Very Nice Stay

We stayed here for 4 nights in May and I wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for an excellent stay. We had no issues finding the reception to get our key and staff there were very nice and friendly. Excellent location as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Hard to find the hotel and check-in reception is at different place , also not easy to find. The stove was dirty and could see the dust .

取房不便,但房間清潔及舒服

地點方便,但因不是酒店沒有大堂,只在一間單車店內寄存行李及取鎖匙,九點半才可寄存行李,下午六點前要取匙,只住一天,浪費了很多時間在此,去游覧時很不盡情,計算時間回去。但房間是很清潔及舒服,有小廚房可煮食,樓下是24小時便利店,對面有一個大商場,不用五分鐘的路程就到京都車站。若住幾天則會好些。

乾淨、便利、像家的好住所

以在日本住宿來說房間大小很大唷。而且有微波爐、烤箱等電器，非常便利，房間也很乾淨唷～推薦！ 不過因為不是飯店check in時間要在1800前，然後從地鐵出來請走八條西出口
