Lovely hotel to stay in. Great location close to Sanjo stations which was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and bathroom was great. Would stay here again without hesitation

Koko Hotel Kyoto Sanjo was a wonderful hotel stay. The atmosphere was great, the staff were warm and accommodating, and breakfast was a treat. The hotel itself is located right near the markets, and is walking distance from Nishiki. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Kyoto again. We would stay in this hotel again in the future. They have all the toiletries that you would need and are extremely hospitable and friendly. The hotel is tucked in a more quiet neighborhood but is very close to public transportation (~5 min walk). There is also a convenience store nearby. Overall, it is great for families and those wanting a more relaxed yet clean place to rest after walking all day!

I like everything about the place and the people who work they are so friendly, and the breakfast every morning was great. The one thing I did not like was that it takes 3 days to change the bed; otherwise,e the best place to go when you visit Japan. I am going to take my family next time there, too. I want to thank everyone who works there. They are the best.

Very convenient location. A few minutes from sanjo train station and buses. Walkable to gion and shopping. In a quiet street and they offer free drinks at the cafe throughout the day. I highly recommend.
