Great stay, room was clean, staff were friendly and the shuttle bus to hotel was helpful. In a great walking location to spots like Yasaka shrine, Gion, Yasaka Pagoda and more.

Hello Kitty room was the cutest, a must for any Sanrio fan visiting Japan! And location was perfect in the Gion / Hirashiyama area, just a short walk to Yasaka pagoda, Kiyomizudera temple and a lot of the amazing sights in Kyoto.

Exactly as described! Comfortable, great location in Gion area with easy walking (within 20 minutes) to many attractions. Great transport links either on buses directly outside on the street or short walk (10-15 minutes) to a train station. Keyless entry was convenient and worked very well! Great stay and would recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Very accessible to everything-close to the bus station, restaurants and convenient stores were a few feet away. Walking distance to attractions sites-Yasaka Shrine, Gion, Kiyomizu-dera temple. The amenities were great-available washer/dryer and luggage storage. Highly recommended. Will stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic location situated right at the heart of the temple areas. The room has great character and lighting, making it feel more homely and less sterile than so many of the rooms I stayed in Japan. It is right next to a main road and some of the louder sounds can get through. But nights are very quiet and the amazing location makes it totally worth it.

Great location for our stay in Kyoto. We stayed 6 nights, and during our stay we didn’t get cleaning and had to take out any trash ourselves. All this is fine for me, but then I must say the price per night is a bit high when there is no service.

Check in process is over complicated and takes a lot of time - have to go to central resi office and then wait to be shuttled to hotel, not worth the inconvenience and time. Cleanliness - noticeable smell in entrance foyer. Room not much better very dirty bathroom, hair everywhere, cleaning spray left on the walls not wiped off. Location - gion is close to a number of attractions but you can hardly walk down the street there are so many tourists. Very hard to find a dinner spot and everything is super expensive compared to other parts of the city and Japan in general. Not particularly convenient for metro. This experience was not helped by a fire alarm going off at 6:30am with guests standing on the street, allegedly due to shower steam…

The hello kitty room is so adorable. There’s luggage storage for before check in and a laundry machine. The room had a little kitchen in it. Very worth the money and not too expensive

We stayed in their special Hello Kitty room and it was everything as promised. Super fun to get special merch and a huge plus to have a fridge and a place to sit. It was also located quite great and right by the older town of Kyoto and a short walk from Gion. Only minus though is the short check-in hours and other than that the hotel is not staffed. Everything is also a code and we made the mistake of taking a picture of the wrong one and had to go through quite the hassel with getting it back as the very very kind and helpful man on the help line only spoke Japanease, but we mananged to sort it out and the fault was all ours. But very comforting to know you can call someone and they'll go above and beyond to help you. But a pro tip to write it down several places!!

Longest stay of our trip. Room are self managed- they have a small kitchenette- good mattress but also modes in the bathroom for drying clothes and etc Washing machine not the best. The detergent is not strong enough and tumble dry same. I would recommend go to the 24/ laundromat down the road- 15 mins away

Havia lixo no corredor, muito lixo! O banheiro está razoavelmente limpo! Não havia ventilação no quarto…na entrada, mais lixo. Também não era muito silencioso pois ficava em uma avenida muito movimentada. Foi o pior hotel que fiquei no Japão

Très bel hôtel appartement bien situé très joli sur le thème hello kitty Sécurité clé numérique très ingénieuse. Dans le quartier de Gion. Une navette jusqu'à l'hôtel prévue après le checkin dans un bureau près de la gare bien indiqué c'est vraiment un avantage Le prix était très intéressant. Un magnifique cadeau à l'arrivée je suis très touchée merci beaucoup. Très réceptif aux mails à la moindre question

天井のダウンライトに蜘蛛の巣、埃が結構付いていた。 連泊の掃除はなくてもいいが、タオルの交換は毎日して欲しい。 タオルの補充がないのなら洗濯機はタダにするべき。 もしくはきちんと予約サイト等にタオル交換なしと記載して欲しい。 仕事で1週間程滞在しましたが、このサービスなら立地悪くても同じ価格帯でサービスいい所にすればよかったと後悔。

Die Lage hat Stärken und Schwächen: an einer gut befahrenen Straße, bedeutet aber auch, dass in der Region die Tempel und die Restaurants und den Markt sind gut erreichbar.
