Loved the onsen in the basement and the snack and drink amenities. It was a very nice and clean comfortable room at a great price and good location. Only complaint is the laundry was almost useless because there would always be people with items drying for hours and you would do your wash and then have to take it upstairs to dry in your room.

A fantastic hotel. The four bedroom room with tatami was beautiful with super comfortable beds, a great bathroom (with a second seperate toilet) and lovely dining area. Breakfast was delicious. In addition to the buffet, guests get to select one plated meal with breakfast. The onsen was great too. The location in Gojo is a little out of the way, but there is a subway station very close by.

The best hotel out of 6 we stayed in during our trip. What’s not to love: a fabulous welcome with a lovely complimentary welcome drink, room was beautiful and spacious, skin care packages , beautiful products for showering, very clean modern and well maintained, super friendly staff, amazing service and the most delicious breakfast. We will be back !!
