The staffs are friendly and the overall feel of the hotel / room are modern, well design, clean and spotless, good amenities such as a resident’s common area for coffee/tea, laundry service and gym. Some form of shopping and food outlets/restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. Subway is just across the road.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was nice spacious. The room themselves could have been cleaner, the walls in the room have been dinged up by suitcases over time. The public bath is great. The location was alright, it's actually not as central to most of the hotspots in Kyoto but being close to Nijo Station which has a subway line and a JR line helped alot.

Awesome place to stay in Kyoto!

Great location right across Nijo Station and perfect place to stay if your hub is Kyoto! Easy access to main turist spots as well as the main Shinkansen station! Clean hotel and friendly staff! The ammenities weee awesome!
