The rooms were a reasonable size with a separate toilet. You could swap breakfast for lunch with prior notice. The train and bus stops were extremely close. Overall it was a really nice place to stay.

Great hotel to stay at! Rooms are bigger than what you see in the picture, bathroom/shower space was big, my room was cleaned every time I got back to my hotel which was really nice. The staff was welcoming and friendly and helped me to send my luggage to Tokyo. I would stay at this hotel again!

The hotel room was well equipped and decorated. The amemties such as pyjamas, Japanese baths, microwave and ice machine in utility areas, attached supermarket were excellent additions. The breakfast was also excellent. The location is very good, just outside Kyoto centre. There is a train station within a 1 minute walk from hotel and it is a 5minute train journey to main Kyoto train station right in the centre of Kyoto. The bus station is also attached to the train station, which means you can get to all area easily. Our family will be returning to Japan and will definitely return to this hotel.

This Hotel was beautiful. It had comfy beds, great amenities, loved the public bath, helpful reception, next to the train station which was only one stop from the city or you could easily walk into the city. Breakfast and lunch options were great. Definitely stay here again.
