"Stayed here in Kumamoto and loved it — rooms were super comfortable and clean, staff were really kind, and the location right above the station made everything easy. Only small thing, parking signage was a little confusing to find at first, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again! 熊本滞在で泊まりましたが、すごく良かったです。お部屋は快適で清潔感があり、スタッフの方もとても親切でした。駅の真上という立地で移動もラクでした。強いて言うなら駐車場の案内が少し分かりにくかったですが、大した問題ではないです。また泊まりたいです!"

"Very conveniently located/ near everything. We came in on the overnight ferry, and we brought our luggage over without problems. We also took advantage of their lobby cafe. We only had a short stay in Fukuoka but we enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods nearby."

"I spent two nights at this hotel and it had a great breakfast buffet with items labeled which I appreciated. There was so much food, it felt like a lunch buffet! Their check in was quick with friendly staff (that also spoke English) and I was able to borrow an iron. Room comes with a ipad for temperature control, check out (which didn't work for me). Amenities are great with a rooftop pool, coin laundry and small fitness center. You can also rent a yukata (summer kimono). I rented a room with a double bed for myself since that was all that was available when I booked and it was a large room with a corner sofa/table area, separate bathroom/bathtub and shower and also a seat at the vanity mirror. Would stay here again!"
