Tout dâabord, nous avons trouvĂ© des poissons dâargent Ă trois reprises dans la salle de bain, ce qui nâest clairement pas acceptable dans un hĂŽtel de ce standing.
Le point le plus grave reste un incident trĂšs stressant : je suis restĂ©e bloquĂ©e environ 10 minutes dans la salle de bain avec une de mes filles, pendant que mon autre fille Ă©tait seule dans la chambre. La porte Ă©tait impossible Ă ouvrir et jâai finalement dĂ»...

"What a great hotel. Food and drink options are great, loads of choice, and great quality. Staff are friendly, helpful and positive all the time. Location is also great, just a very short walk to the Old Town. Bathroom facilities in the rooms are a little small, but would let them off for everything else. Would absolutely recommend."
