Amazing location with stunning view of the sea. Gorgeous large garden with swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.The villa is large but with no air conditioning it was impossible to sleep .The kitchen needs updating and the oven didnt work very wellWThe tram into town was excellentWe would love to return but air conditioning in the bedrooms woukd be vital

Tolle Villa an bester Lage

Wir wurde von Ines sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben den gepflegten Garten sehr genossen. Ein besonderes Highlight war das seperate Gartenhaus mit Grill und Bar bim Pool. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Pool und Gartenanlage liegt gut geschützt diekt am Meer. Ein Sandstrand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Tramstation nach Alicante liegt direkt hinter der Villa. Wir waren drei Generationen

Alicante villa

Very nice villa in good location. Very helpful owner and everything about the villa was excellent. Local beach was a plus for the children and access to the tram was great for going into Alicante for dinner.

Belle propriété

Tout le confort nécessaire, un beau jardin et une espace piscine très agréable. Facilité d’accès à Alicante en tram. Nous avons opté pour une cuisine faite qu’au barbecue!

Superb spot

We know Alicante well so knew what we were likely to expect. A really large garden beautifully maintained with multiple social and dining spaces is a very rare commodity. The house lies close to the branch train line and some people might find the noise intrusive. The house is old fashioned, which we liked, but in 7 days we hardly went inside except to sleep. We don't like air conditioning so we didn't mind that there wasn't any. It's really all about the outdoor spaces, and they were like sets from a 1960's movie.

An absolutely fantastic place for our family

We had 6 adults and four children in this beautiful home in the most perfect location - so good that we could hardly get anyone to leave the place even to go to the lovely beach just 5 minutes walk away. Ines, the housekeeper, and her family could not have been more helpful. Amazing views, beautiful gardens, delightfully spacious and really well equipped with everything we needed. A perfect family holiday.

Estancia muy top

La casa está en una finca junto al mar, en una zona de calas muy bonita con unas vistas espectaculares. Hay acceso directo desde la casa a la cala. Está muy bien comunicada tanto con Alicante como con Playa de San Juan con el tranvía, hay parada en la puerta de casa. La playa de la Albufereta está a 100 m, es pequeña pero hemos estado muy bien. La casa nos ha encantado, sobretodo el jardín que es una maravilla, esta muy bien cuidado, con todo el detalle posible, tiene una arboleda preciosa que da sombra a la zona de piscina y a la casa, y la situación es increíble. El personal que cuida la casa nos ha atendido de maravilla en la entrada y tienen la finca muy bien cuidadada. Las vistas al mar son una maravilla, en resumen yo diría que la estancia ha sido de 10.

Gran chalet en primera línea

Hemos tenido una estancia perfecta en este espacioso chalet. Fuimos 3 familias con dos bebés y hay mucho espacio para todos. La casa está muy límpia, aseada y un par de días viene el jardinero y el mantenimiento de la piscina. Hemos hecho mucha vida en la terraza tanto durante el día como la noche; al final es como un salón más. La situación es ideal. Cerca de la playa de la Albufereta (2 minutos andando) y del Tramway (1 minuto). El taxi hasta el centro de Alicante es económico también. Las vistas son esoectaculares. Ver el amanecer desde la casa no tiene precio!

La casa es maravillosa, para estar todo el día disfrutando de la piscina, las vistas, el jardín y la BBQ La bajada directa a la playa es un lujo, pero no fácil Buen internet. Ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, pero sin AACC.

Half Term Bliss

Amazing property, Typically Spanish and beautifully furnished. The garden is shady and has great sea views. The beach is only 5 minutes away and the tram means you do not realty need to hire a car unless you plan trips further afield. Jose was a great help when we locked ourselves out as well. Will come back for sure.

Villa

Overall villa ok although I think to sleep 10 people was tight as the double bedroom was very small and had very little storage and hanging space for clothes and this caused a real problem. Also dog had fouled the garden and the gardeners did not clear this up. The position of the villa and its view were great so if some of the issues mentioned could be resolved I think it would be in the owners interest. The villa was clean but a little tired in the kitchen I.e cooker needs replacing and fridge leaked but overall we all enjoyed our stay.

très belle propriété, très fonctionnelle pour 10 personnes avec un jardin exceptionnel

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours durant le mois d'août . La propriété est très agréable, très fonctionnelle.Tout était très propre.la maison reste bien fraîche quand il fait très chaud !La cuisine est bien équipée pour une grande famille. La maison est bien insonorisée, aucune gêne avec les chambres voisines. Le jardin-parc est exceptionnel!! très bien entretenu et la vue est exceptionnelle.La piscine et la proximité de la mer permettent de se baigner quand on veut. Il y a même un accès direct à la mer mais c' est un passage étroit et peu aménagé.On accède à la plage albufereta en 2 minutes à pieds par la route. Le tram très proche de la maison a l' avantage d'avoir un arrêt juste en face! Ce qui est très appréciable pour les jeunes et qui évite de prendre la voiture.On entend un peu le bruit du tram mais ce n' est pas très gènant. Il y a des supermarchés accessibles à qqes minutes en voiture et sinon à 5 minutes à pieds deux petites épiceries et une boulangerie à côté de la plage.Nous avons fait quelques restaurants de tapas à Alicante et avions pris le tram et retour à pieds (45mtes)! En conclusion: La maison est très chaleureuse, on s' y sent bien! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! et esperons y revenir!! Un grand merci à José et à la gentillesse d'Inès qui nous a accueillis!

Fantastic villa with great views and an owner that couldn't do enough for you! Thoroughly recommend

The villa is set on a very large plot with breathtaking views with multiple options for sitting, lying and simply enjoying the view. Great pool area with bar and bbq you never need be in the house (but why would you want to). 2 min walk to the beach and 30 seconds into the sea (via private path and rocks). The pictures simply do not do it justice! We spent 2 weeks in the perfect family we've ever had so thank you very much José from The Goddard family and 2 dogs.
