FONCTIONNALITE

L'emplacement de cette location est parfait et l'environnement est très calme. Les pièces principales sont de bonnes proportions. Par contre la cuisine est vraiment trop petite. Il n'y a aucun plan de travail. La plaque de cuisson à deux feux des premières générations de plaques est vraiment trop vétuste. De plus les dimensions des casseroles et poêles ne permettent pas de réaliser plusieurs cuisson simultanées: Il n'y a pas la place. Par contre, les appareils de l'électroménager proposés sont très bien. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraichissement. Le meuble lavabo a très peu de surface pour poser les affaires de toilette. Nous avons été obligé d'utiliser le sol. En extérieur, la pelouse n'était pas tondue. La haie en bord de rue empêchait d'ouvrir en totalité le portail pour permettre le stationnement. Obligation d'improviser un calage pour maintenir le vantail récalcitrant. Mis à part ces quelques détails, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Le gîte est très bien situé, dans le village agréable de l'Epine et très proche de la mer. En revanche, il est mal agencé avec une cuisine et une salle de bains minuscules et un système de portes intérieures qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir en même temps.

Strand nahes Haus mit Retrocharme

Das frei stehende Haus in etwa 400m Entfernung zum Strand ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Es ist allerdings etwas verbaut und verfügt nur über eine sehr kleine Küche. Garten und manches im Haus benötigt eine Renovierung. Empfehlung: Fahrräder mitnehmen, der einige Bäcker und das Zentrum von l´Épine sind zu Fuß sonst zu weit weg.

maison de pêcheur rénovée.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison bien située à 500m de la plage , facile d'accès avec jardin et possibilité de garer . la maison dispose de 6 couchages ,un salon , une grande salle à manger et d'une petite cuisine mais comme nous étions 2 personnes c'est plus que suffisant toutefois une plaque quatre feux serait la bienvenue.

Kann man buchen aber.....

Da ist soviel Deko, das man kaum Platz hat etwas abzustellen. Teilweise auch zu viele Möbel. Die Küche ist sehr klein nur für eine Person geeignet. Das Einzelzimmer riecht muffig. Bei Abreise muss der Müll von den Gästen selbst zur Deponie gebracht werden. Aber die Lage ist gut, sehr nah am Strand und ruhige Sackgasse.
