The apartment is ideal for a family vacation. It is located just 230 meters aaah from the Empúries beaches and the seafront. It is a very quiet area and the Old Town with its authentic atmosphere, best bars, restaurants and shops are very close, just 500 meters away from the apartment. In addition, next to the complex there are Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets and a Burger King. The complex has its own territory, parking, a communal pool and a garden with facilities for children. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, 2 terraces, a bathroom and a toilet. Each of the bedrooms has a built-in wardrobe and has access to the terrace. In the living room there is a large television and a comfortable sofa to relax with the whole family. 250 meters aaah from the apartment there is a stop for intercity buses. A tourist train also runs through the city, in which you can easily and quickly reach any area of the city and the parks, as well as the town of Sant Martí de Empúries and Cala Montgó called Carrilet, where you can also enjoy of the ride and its views.
