Welcome to this cozy apartment in L'Escala, ideal for enjoying with family or friends. It has 2 bedrooms and space for up to 6 people, perfect for comfortable and relaxed holidays near the sea.

The apartment offers a warm and practical environment. It has wifi, washing machine, iron, television, and a balcony ideal for enjoying the outdoors and views. For hot days, there is air conditioning in the living room, and heating for when it gets cool.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home: induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.

A place designed for you to only worry about resting and having a good time.

In total, 6 people can be accommodated in the apartment: in 2 double beds (150cm and 135cm) and in a double sofa bed.

Entry: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or holidays, or for late check-in: contact the agency. Key pickup location: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with a card upon arrival (€300) and will be refunded within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linens are included in the final cleaning price.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1€/person/night (for those over 16 years old). Towels (11.90€ per reservation that includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel, and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, crib, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
