Greta: Apartment with sea views

This apartment in L’Escala sleeps up to 6 people and offers sea views. It is arranged over a single level and has a garden, a communal swimming pool and a terrace for outdoor dining.

The living and dining room has a double sofa bed, an armchair, a television with French channels, an internet connection and a dining table with six chairs.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, including a filter coffee maker, dishwasher and oven. It also has access to the outside.

There are two bedrooms: the first has two single beds and the second has a 140 cm-wide double bed. All beds come with bed linen, duvets or blankets, and pillows. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.

The apartment has electric radiators, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and a clothes airer with pegs. One parking space is also available in the communal garage.

Riells beach is a 10-minute walk away, with restaurants and souvenir shops along its promenade. In the opposite direction, L’Escala’s old town is also a 10-minute walk away.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
