Private parking is available, as well as a summer kitchen and sanitary facilities (shower and toilet) near the covered terrace. The private swimming pool (4x7m) is heated from May to September. You are 50 km from Puy du Fou and La Rochelle, and 20 km from the Marais Poitevin. The town of Fontenay-le-Comte and its motor racing circuit are 10 km away. The cottage consists on the ground floor of: 3 bedrooms including: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and private shower room/WC (accessible to people with reduced mobility), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed; The ground floor comprises a bathroom (shower and bathtub), a separate toilet, a shower room, a living room, a kitchen/dining room, and a lounge area opening onto the pool.
