"Great property in a lovely location, close to everything you need for a great holiday. Property was of a very good standard the pool table and dart board are great extras you don’t normally get and the outdoor area got plenty of use. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a private villa in the area."

"A Little Piece of the Caribbean in Spain! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are a family of three from Canada traveling through Spain, and we spent two nights at the IPV Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This is an absolutely beautiful resort, and having an ocean view from our room made the experience even more memorable. We opened our balcony door at night and fell asleep listening to the waves. Waking up to the sound and view of the ocean was incredibly peaceful — it honestly felt like we had escaped to a Caribbean resort, but we were in Spain! The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and everything was just what we needed for a relaxing stay. And then there was the food! The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. We usually vacation at Caribbean resorts, so we have fairly high expectations when it comes to resort food and service. We were genuinely impressed by IPV. The breakfast and dinner buffets reminded us of the quality and variety we normally experience at good Caribbean resorts. The food was delicious, there were plenty of choices, and the level of service was excellent. You can really see the pride the staff takes in maintaining the quality of the food and the resort. Our only regret is that we stayed for just two nights. We wished we had planned to stay longer! A huge thank you to the entire staff for maintaining such a beautiful property"
Luxury Villa with beautiful saltwater pool. Walk distance to everything

"Property was exactly as portrayed in the photos and was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Pool was clean and at a perfect temperature with an area for toddlers as well as a deeper part for the rest of the family. Kitchen well equipped for dining although we only used for occasional breakfasts. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean, comfortable and usable with plenty of storage for clothes - the main bathroom would benefit from a fixed shower curtain but this is a small point. Living area and indoor dining area a good size for our party although we were mostly outside when at the villa. The downstairs area was perfect for two adults and a small baby - some heavier curtains in its living area would be useful to cut out light and provide some privacy. La Cala itself along with the beach is 10 mins walk with many options for bars and restaurants on the beach and in the town. Communication with Gitte was excellent from the point of booking to leaving the villa with any questions or concerns answered almost immediately. Overall a great villa and one we would come to again if in the La Cala area"

"Honest review, 3 star hotel not an 4. the staff was good, they did their job. Front desk was a 3/5, cleaning staff 3/5 and the dining room staff was great 5/5. When we did ask for our room to be cleaned they only swept the floor and remade the beds and changed towels, or tub remained dirty the whole time. They also took away the 2nd blanket and never replaced, we had 3 beds, never got the 3rd blanket. The beds were terribly uncomfortable, had to buy a memory foam from jysk just to survive. The carpets in the hallway were very stained, and the hallway walls were very stained and splattered, need to be repainted. There is NO parking on site, they should just say that. We stayed for 2 weeks, tried every day for a parking spot but it was a first come first serve thing, never once saw the ‘parking full’ sign taken down. No way to put your name on a list or even bid on parking. You have to go park somewhere FAR away from the hotel. They should be transparent about this. The rooftop area they advertise on pictures is actually a pay-to-enter bar and not included in all-inclusive. Limited drinks for all inclusive as well. View from balcony was spectacular, pool and pool side lounging was good. The beach loungers you see are not covered by the hotel and cost 7-15 euro to rent. Buffet food was good, and there was a large selection, though after 2 weeks it becomes the same menu (not their fault). This is a great central location for excursions and great access to the beach."

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa lili. On s'y est senti comme chez nous. La piscine est superbe et les chambres/salle de bain egalement. Nous étions 8 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âges. La plage se trouve a 10/15 min à pied (ça monte pour le retour) et les restaurants et supermarché sont encore plus prêt. L'emplacement est idéal (entre Marbella et Malaga). Le village de mijas est calme mais animé.Il y a une belle vue mer sur la terrasse et sur le quartier qui est très joli.Nous recommandons vivement merci Julian"

"Steve was so accommodating letting us put our luggage in the apartment, Charlotte the cleaner lived just around the corner so if there we're any problems she would sort them out but didn't need to had everything that you could possibly want and the view was amazing thank you so much will definitely book again."

"Excellent communication from John before and during our stay. The apartment is very well located about 10 minutes walk from the beach and the main town of La Cala and right next to a big supermarket, a lovely bodega and some great restaurants. The apartment is one of the larger 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments we have stayed in and has a fantastic balcony with a large table and chairs as well as sofas and a coffee table. The beds have good mattresses and are very comfy. WiFi is great, TV has a good selection of international channels. There is a helpful selection of bathroom and kitchen products including a great hairdryer. The apartment also includes 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds, rugs and beach towels which can be used at the pool area. Absolutely loads of bathroom towels provided as well. The pool was very well looked after. Set in beautiful gardens so plenty of shade as well as sunny spots if you are there for the day. There is a lifeguard on duty most of the opening period if needed. We would definitely recommend a stay here and would book again in the future."

"Fantastic property. Pros: Pool and Pool area, along with the covered outdoor dining/seating area are absolutely fantastic and that's where we spent most of our time at the villa, both daytime and evenings until bed time. Never had a pool so warm, 5 year old absolutely loved it. Cons:Clearly been very top end villa, but now just a little dated. One or two minor issues - broken decking boards on veranda of master bedroom for jacuzzi, second bedroom (upstairs) air conditioning unit a little noisy, Master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable (may be us!) but found stains on it when moving out. The basement with the Gym, snooker room and cinema room smelt a little musty on arrival, - (could also do with professional table tennis balls!). Sun beds are good but I would have expected luxury sunbeds with mattresses at this price point.- Rafa did say we should have contacted him with any issues small or large.Overall we had an amazing holiday"
