Nice hotel a few miles off the motorway. Clean rooms with 4 separate beds and secure car park with plenty of spaces. KFC 2 minutes walk away and I notice they are building an Aldi next door. Would definitely stay here again if we need a hotel in this area. Good value for money. Thank you. 😊

Good clean room for a reasonable price. Kfc opposite hotel but Troyes is a 15 minute drive to the centre. Leclerc express and petrol station nearby. Easily reached from the motorway.

Great overnight stay

Stayed for one night travelling from Calais to Nice. Great quad room. The kids liked being in the elevated part of the room. Friendly reception staff greeted us. Nice and clean and much needed air conditioning. Very quiet too. Oh, and a nice boulangerie down the road.

Worst checkin experience ever

Very bad. We arrived late at night and the code did not work! We struggled to checkin and wasted more than 30mins to try to connect with the hotel. Hotels.com tried to help and couldn’t get help as well. At the end, we could talk to some guy that kept speaking french.

Average not totally pet friendly as advertised.

Average room bit noisy , but clean. We stayed one night chose this chain as pet friendly we was travelling from Spain to calais .We prepaid for breakfast. We had a small well behaved timid dog with us who wasn't allowed in reception or the small area where you got breakfast. It was awkward and uncomfortable i insisted on a refund for breakfast and the young lad wouldn't give a refund to start with and told me i had to contact hotels. Com. Eventually after contacting a supervisor i was given a cash refund for our breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this chain as it wasn't acceptable to advertise as pet friendly then exclude them .

Warning if you arrive late get a B&B code

We have stayed at this hotel a few times en-route to the Alps for skiing. Every time we arrive around midnight and always have problems with the automated reception ATM. The problem is hotels.com DO NOT give the B&B reservation code you need to access your reservation with the ATM...so you are forced to call their helpline in the middle of the night. Hotels.com only provide their own itinerary code which is invalid. So, if you know you are arriving late, contact the property in advance and requestion the B&B RESERVATION code....you'll thank me for this info! Unfortunately they cannot give you the access code to your room directly until you pay your 1.40 Euro tax. Otherwise, this hotel is very convenient for us for an overnight stopover. The family rooms with mezzanine are excellent, showers hot and rooms are clean. There's a boulangerie, petrol and a supermarket all close by.

Hôtel au calme en plein mois d’août. Accueil très agréable aussi bien en arrivant le soir que le matin au réveil. Petit déjeuner parfait. Juste quelques défauts (mineurs) dans la chambre. Plainte décollée, lumière de lit décrochée mais en général nous avons passez une très bonne nuit. Literie parfaite. Autre petit bémol pas de place pour poser quelque chose côté gauche du lit. Exemple obligé de poser le téléphone sur la première marche de la mezzanine. Mais je recommande bb hôtel. Nettement mieux que première classe par exemple pour les petits budgets.

L’arrivée après 22 heures s’est fait de façon chaotique. Je n’avais pas reçu de mail pour le code d’accès du portail. Heureusement qu’un livreur de pizza est arrivé !! Car il n’est plus possible de contacter l’hôtel après 22 heures. La remise de la clé s’est fait sur une borne d’ordinateur. La chambre en elle-même, surtout la salle de bain à des équipements très vieillot. Malgré que le ménage soit bien fait, cela ne donne pas un sentiment de propreté.
