Room was clean and large. The staff was attentive. Pool was also clean. Food was not great, but ok.

The room needs improvements, is old and dingy. The bathroom needs to be updated. There was a bad smell of mildew.

The room was spotless, and the staff, especially Mari, was very helpful. The food was excellent, and my room had a breathtaking view. The only downside was that the room lock never worked, which forced us to exit through the window.

Beautiful spot just maybe not for someone that is expecting to do a lot outside of the hotel.
The Larimar museum is close by with an excellent variety and reasonable prices. Laguna Oviedo, Lago Enriquillo, Bahía de las Águilas, and hiking close by caves. A lot to do for nature explorers!
This was a great romantic experience, highly recommended for couples
