"We only stayed one night, which is not long enough to enjoy this beautiful hotel. The free valet was so helpful getting our luggage to and from our room. We had an issue with a noisy swamp cooler outside our room (#17) and an engineer came immediately and resolved it. We will be back!"

"The condo was just as pictured in the listing. Excellent location near La Encantada mall and the complex clubhouse/pool area. We really enjoyed the shady balcony with comfortable chairs in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again."

"The view is beautiful and the staff was excellent. I did take issue with the cost of parking….why are you charging guests of the hotel if they park themselves? It’s not that you are short of space, such as being downtown! My morning coffee. Large brewed coffee, nothing fancy was $6 +tax+Tip= $8.00 for a reg coffee. By 10:30am all pool chairs were taken. The cost of Easter Brunch was130.00 p/person add in a couple of drinks and tip and my bill was $504.00 USD for 3people. All the nickel and dime stuff was a bit ridiculous. "
