Ideal for a family (up to 3 children) or 2 couples.
The idea is to ensure that children and parents can have the pleasure of meeting each year with a real holiday atmosphere…

Charming little comfortable holiday home for 5 people with fireplace and small private garden.
House of around 50m² comprising a ground floor comprising living room with rapido sofa bed, kitchenette, WC, garden with terrace and furniture.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 drawer bed, bathroom and cupboards.
Shared swimming pool heated from the second half of April depending on weather conditions until the end of September, park, children's playground, laundromat (payable).
Private underground parking space + Free outdoor parking adjacent to the residence.

Conforme à la description, propriété calme et agréable proximité idéale plage, ville. Piscine de belle dimension. Coin nuit à l'étage parfait manque WC. Propreté dans le détail à revoir et équipement ménager à bout de vie (micro ondes, cafetière, aspirateur). Toutefois parfaitement satisfait.

belle petite maison

La location est agréable et gentiment organisée. Il manque cependant un lave linge, indispensable pour un séjour à la mer et pourtant notifié sur le détail de l'équipement. Nous avons découvert une buanderie dans laquelle les machines fonctionnent avec des jetons... réservés aux propriétaires ! de toute façon, vu l'état de "propreté" des machines... je n'y aurais pas mis mon linge. Il serait bien de poser un petit lave mains dans le wc ou juste en sortant, il y a la place. Sinon, la literie de la chambre est excellente et cela se souligne dans un logement de vacances. la résidence est très agréable, bien entretenue et à 5 mn à pieds de la ville en passant par la promenade du bord de mer. le must est bien évidemment la piscine, chauffée et dans laquelle il est très agréable de se relaxer en rentrant de la plage ou de randonnée... agréable séjour dans l'ensemble. nous recommandons ce lieu.

Basic verblijf op gezellig toeristeneiland

Ile de Ré is een leuk eiland om in een paar dagen te ontdekken en La Flotte ligt goed centraal. Het wat grotere plaatsje St Martin de Ré ligt vlakbij. In beide plaatsjes leuke winkeltjes, haventjes en heel veel restaurants. De accommodatie ligt vlakbij de zee; met een fijn wandelpad langs het water. De accommodatie zelf is erg basic en saai ingericht. Weinig aandacht voor details (geen closetpapier, geen zakken voor in de afvalemmer, schoonmaak spullen staan in het zicht in de kleine kamer). De ligging van de accommodatie in een nette community met mooi zwembad, parkeerplek en goede WIFI is prettig. Prijs/kwaliteit vonden wij al met al wat tegenvallen.

Appartement idéalement situé. Superbe séjour.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Flotte. L'appartement est idéalement placé dans ce petit hameau. La ville est à 5 minutes à pied. La grande piscine de 25 mètres de long est au bout de l'allée. Idéal pour passer quelques jours en famille.

Tout aurait été parfait, si la literie, avait été propre, couette, oreillers, et housses de matelas. Ménage également à revoir, malheureusement. Aucun inventaire en arrivant.

La petite maison est située dans l’ensemble des Hauts de Crocaud toute proche de l’école de voile et du bord de mer. Elle permet d’accueillir sans problème un couple et deux enfants. L’équipement intérieur est simple mais correct pour une utilisation quotidienne. Plancha à disposition bien pratique pour cuisiner les poissons en extérieur dans le coin jardin. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine de la résidence et l’avantage de disposer d’une place de parking souterraine. Le centre du village est à un petit 1/4 d’heure par le bord de mer piéton. Plein de bonnes choses donc et un propriétaire attentionné.
