A fantastic villa In La Font Deh Carros. Set at the foot of beautiful mountains and lush Green orange groves and just 10 mins by car to the golden sandy beaches of Oliva,Piles,Gandia. Just 10 mins from the main AP7 motorway makes the villa perfect for those that want to go exploring.
The detached villa is set in lush Mediterranean gardens and its own orange grove. This large detached villa is split into 2 levels, I occupy the ground floor and & the top floor is for rental. Both villas are totally private with separate entrances. During your stay we give you full privacy at the pool and in the garden. I am on hand if there is anything you need or advice on places to eat ect.
The villa has 1 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, one full bathroom, shower room +WC, fully fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. large sunny lounge dinning room with fantastic views and an open fire place for those winter evenings. TV with video access,FREE WIFI, Large private terrace with outside table for eating and enjoying the views. The fantastic garden is dominated by 12 seater stone table, the perfect place to relax or make the most of the outside kitchen & BBQ area. In hot dry months BBQ with wood or carbon is not allowed, we supply a gas BBQ for these times. There is also a Paella ring and gas burner. Large 8 x 10 private pool with a large terrace and very private. There is also a toilet and a shower in the pool area. The pool is gated so small children can not gain access to it alone. Pool is closed after dark.

Heather was a nice host with very nice house which was very well equipped and clean. Beautiful swimming pool and garden. Lovely area and very nice beach in Olivia. Definitely could recommend as it was good value for money.

Lovely chilled break

Beautiful place to stay, we all loved it. Heather the host was so friendly and helpful, water and sangria waiting for us arriving. Easy to contact when we needed to ask anything. The scenery is breath taking. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely Villa with great views

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and well-maintained the property is. The open-plan living area and generously sized bedrooms made it perfect for our group, with plenty of room to relax and unwind.The two modern bathrooms were a big plus—clean, stylish, and well-equipped. But the highlight has to be the outdoor area. The swimming pool was sparkling and refreshing, surrounded by a lovely patio and greenery that made it feel like our own private oasis. We spent most evenings outside, either swimming or enjoying dinner under the stars.The villa strikes the perfect balance between comfort, style, and privacy. Highly recommended for families, groups, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!Heather greeted us on arrival and was super helpful with any questions we had and recommendations about where to go for shopping.

Peaceful few days

Top host, very friendly & provided us a lovely carafe of sangria on our arrival & very flexible with our arrival & check out. Nice quiet location, close enough to local town & Oliva, but do need a car. Only slight negatives were: irregular wifi & no parking onsite, parking is diagonally opposite within a community leisure/sports centre car park. There was however, no problem parking there. It’s a nice community area/urbanisation, with a local park for walking, I guess you could maybe use the facilities of the leisure centre: climbing wall, paddle, etc. Thanks for being a great host Heather

Lovely Hosts and Location

Our overall impressions were perfectly fine. The Host Heather is lovely, she helps out a lot when you have questions. You have everything in the appartement what you need. Its clean and the area is very nice.

Immer wieder ein Vergnügen

Leider sind nicht alle Vermieter so. Es ist einfach ein Vergnügen. So herzlich, lieb und fürsorglich. Die Wohnung bzw das Haus ist groß, sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet alles notwendige zum Leben. Heather steht auch immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, bereitet vor oder stellt bereit.Leider ist die Zeit immer zu kurz.

Dit huis is een aanrader ruim en voldoende zitplaats in de zon

We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Aardige gastvrouw behulpzaam met tips. Leuk plaatsje op loopafstand. En leuke plaatsjes op Max 30 minuten rijden oliva met leuke markt op vrijdag en Gambia. Kortom heerlijke dagen gehad

Loved our stay in Villa Flora. Made to feel very welcome. Well equipped, comfortable and private with a beautiful pool and sheltered terraces. We did not want for anything.Also not far to drive to safe and quiet sandy beaches. Our stay passed all too quickly.

Lovely, spacious apartment

We had a lovely week here. The property was clean with all the facilities you need. Heather was a delightful host. The pool was great for a cooling dip and the community pool just two minutes away was great for proper swimming (and very cheap). For kids, a well equipped playground was just over the road. The local spa was well stocked including a good range of gluten-free goods. Easy access to València, Calpe and Altea as well as local sandy beaches made it a very relaxing week.

L'annonce et les photos ainsi que les avis correspondent parfaitement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à Heather . La villa est spacieuse et pratique , la piscine extra! Magnifique villa + piscine privée

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à La Font d’en Carros dans la villa de Heather et Tony. Heather nous avait préparé une délicieuse sangria et une bouteille d’eau très fraîche à notre arrivée. Villa et propriétaires à recommander +++ Les propriétaires habitent en effet l’étage en dessous la location mais sont tellement discrets que nous ne les avons pas vus de la semaine. Nous avions la piscine uniquement pour nous. Que du bonheur. La villa est entièrement équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. ILe temps était magnifique, les températures étaient comprises entre 30 et 43 degrés. Les propriétaires nous ont donc laissé l’accès libre même en dehors des heures d’ouvertures à cause des très fortes chaleurs. La piscine est splendides, grande, profonde, très propre. Entretenue par Tony. Malgré tous les jeux gonflables de nos enfants, nous avions beaucoup de place pour profiter de la piscine

un endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille

Heather et son mari nous ont réservé un accueil parfait dans leur logement. Nous avons pu déguster une petite sangria bien fraîche et plonger dans la piscine dès notre arrivée… ce qui au vue des 40 degrés ambiants était plus que bienvenu! Le quartier est tranquille et le village de La Font est très agréable. À proximité se trouvent de nombreuses plages comme celle de Piles particulièrement familiale et paisible. Bref nous recommandons!
