ROCA - Charming farmhouse

It immediately charms guests with its unique character, blending old-world features—such as stone walls and exposed beams—with modern comfort, for a warm and functional stay.



From the moment you enter, you will discover a beautiful and welcoming living area with a lounge and dining space, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home. The ground floor also includes a separate toilet and a practical utility room (please note that access to the toilet is via the utility room).



Upstairs, a landing leads to two comfortable bedrooms, ideal for up to 4 guests, as well as a shower room with toilet. Each space has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, simplicity, and peace of mind.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant courtyard with a pergola, a real highlight of the property. This space is perfect for outdoor dining in any season, sheltered from the sun, and for enjoying convivial moments around the barbecue.



The house is located alongside a road, but it is not very busy, allowing you to enjoy a generally शांत and relaxing environment while benefiting from easy access.



The location is also a major advantage: the house is just 2 minutes from schools and shops, and only 1.5 km from the sea, making it easy to enjoy beaches and seaside walks.
