Nært stranden, og den er kjempefin. Området er fint med grøntområder og blomster. Det er en resepsjon med ansatte som kan svare på evt spørsmål. Dette er ikke et hotell men et leilighetskompleks. Du må ta med deg eget sengetøy og laken eller betale for å få denne tjenesten per person. Du må vaske rommet etter bruk om du ikke vil betale vaskegebyr. Bassenget er ikke veldig reint, om en dykker og ser etter er det fult av sedimenter. Dette er et gammelt kompleks så synes det er overpriset. Cafe/kiosk er ekstremt overpriset så kjøp inn godt med egne varer. Er kjøleskap med liten frys så det er praktisk. Parkering er ikke gratis men om du kjører 5 min er det en offentlig gratis parkering som du kan bruke.

First the Bad: There was no indication in the Expedia Reservation or information that there are NO Sheets, Towels or Toilet Paper included!! We had to pay €72 ($119 CAD) just to get Bed Sheets and Towels! They also said we need to go buy our own Toilet paper from the market that is 15 minutes away. You need to clean your own room before check out or they charge an extra €55 ($91 CAD). I would have booked another property if I knew this ahead of time. No air conditioning. Now the Good: Fairly close to the Beach and Waterfront Promenade where there are tons of great Restaurants and Shopping. The pool at this place was nice in the afternoon to cool down.

Bien,aurait pu être mieux avec une surveillance de la piscine : ballons, bouées, plongeons , sauts et bombes dans la piscine Population maghrebine envahissante,cris disputes et dicutions à haute voix en arabe (je n'ai rien contre mais c'est bruyant) Nette amelioration du service depuis l'année dernière Ce que je ne comprends pas c'est que je suis obligé de payer mon parking alors que je suis handicapée et devrais avoir un emplacement special et GRATUIT.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Anlage mit viel Grün, nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Ideal auch für Familien mit Kindern, da große Spielflächen, oder auch für Klassen, oder Vereine. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Großer Parkplatz gehört zur Anlage, allerdings kostenpflichtig.

Agréable surprise par rapport aux commentaires lus avant le séjour. TV, parking (quand c'est gratuit à 3' à pied ou même dans la rue depuis le 01/10) et autres services en supplément, mais c'est clairement indiqué. Personnel sympathique et les studios sont au goût du jour et bien équipés pour une semaine de vacances. Parfait pour 2 personnes et les bagages. Piscine était encore nageable en octobre [>20 degrés]. Excellent WiFi gratuit. À refaire avec grand plaisir pour l'accès presque direct à la plage 👍

Je n' ai pas apprécié qu à la réservation il n était pas noté que le chien était payant, que le parking était payant, qu il fallait apporter linge de lit et de toilette. C est uniquement sur le mail de confirmation de réservation que j ai découvert cela. Resideal n a pu annuler la réservation et m a demandé de me retourner vers la centrale. L annulation était payante. Je trouve que j ai été trompée.

Cela fait 4 année consécutive que je passe mes vacances là-bas vraiment o top cette année il y a eu 2/3 soucis avec la piscine fermé à cause de certains vacanciers qui ne respectent pas les règles sanitaires et non avec la direction de la résidence malgré sa ils on su être reconnaissant envers leurs clients je recommande très proche du centre et accessible à pied.

Papier toilette, sopalin payant, serviette de bain et draps, ainsi que les tais d’oreiller payantes et à ma grande surprise la télévision était payante aussi. Rien de tout ça n’était précisé, il n’y avait aucune photo du logement pour 3, c’était trop petit pour 3. Pièce mal insonorisé et la wifi ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine, cafetière etc. Séjour déplorable, aucune mise en place pour une personne en situation de handicap. Une dépense détestable.

Résidence plutôt vieillotte, sans climatisation, avec Wifi très très mauvais et réseau GSM très très mauvais. La fréquentation au niveau clientèle laisse à désirer… Je n’avais encore jamais vu, en France, des femmes en burkini autour de la piscine d’un hôtel. Pas dans l’eau, ça leur est apparemment interdit, mais sur les transats, cela m’a choqué.
