  • Cosy, comfortable house. In the resort, 800 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden 80 m2 (fenced). Hot tub, planted inner courtyard. In the house: spa area. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 11 km, bus stop "Saint-Lo-D'Ourville Mairie" 7 km, sandy beach "Plage de Surville" 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km. Nearby attractions: La Haye 12 km, Coutances 32 km, Agon coutainville 30 km, Granville 65 km, Cherbourg, cité de la mer 48 km, Le Mont saint Michel 114 km. Please note that the hot tub is not operational from October 1st to April 30th.
    "Le Hamelinet", 3-room semi-detached house 90 m2, south-west facing position. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with TV and international TV channels (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Large terrace 80 m2. Barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Beautiful home

B. and T.were great hosts accommodating a couple of requests that we had. Their property is beautiful and stylish and gave us everything we needed. You can visit all local beaches easily from here although all by car- slightly too far to walk to any. A fantastic stay. Thank you

Haus entspricht den Fotos

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung und B. war bei jeder Nachfrage erreichbar. Der Innenhof mit Whirlpool ist wirklich auch schön. Ein kleiner Nachteil- es war Abends schon recht frisch und die Pellets für den Ofen (einzige Möglichkeit zu heizen), mussten wir selbst besorgen- die waren aber schwer erhältlich. Wir werden dieses Haus gerne nochmal buchen.

Schön, Aber…

Das Haus hat ohne Zweifel einen ausgeprägten Charme. Die beiden Inhaber haben bei der Innendeko ein sehr gutes Händchen. Da fühlt man sich sofort sehr wohl. Der Garten könnte ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Was innen sehr schön anzusehen ist, vermisst man dort ein wenig. Das Haus ist für unsere Zwecke super gelegen gewesen. Stichwort: Strände. Für uns nicht schlimm=Strom oft ausgefallen, W-LAN sehr instabil und viele Fliegen (ist halt ländlich). Fliegengitter/Tür würde helfen.

Ferien im Dekoparadies

Das Haus war vollgestopft mit Deko so dass es auch nicht pflegeleicht war. Es war auch Müfflig und staubig. Eigendtlich wäre es ein schönes Haus aber es war alles selber gemacht und leider hatte es viele Löcher im Boden und die Dielen knarrten extrem. Die Hausherren waren nett und freundlich leider konnten sie nur Französich und ganz wenig English. Den Wihrlpool haben wir nicht benutzt dass war uns zu ecklig. Die Lage war sehr Meer nah und gut zu erreichen.

Charmant

Een zeer charmant huis met veel oog voor detail met een omsloten tuin in een zeer rustige omgeving. Een mooie keuken en van alle gemakken voorzien en een heerlijk bed. De gastheren waren heel hartelijk en ten alle tijden bereikbaar voor vragen en han en spandiensten. Wat nog even een punt van aandacht nodig heeft is de houten vloer bij de trap die los ligt..., en douchedeur in de badkamer die niet goed sluit.

Huisje was goed en netjes.. Echter waren we toch teleurgesteld bij aankomst. Eigenaar vertelde dat de Jacuzzi pas in mei in gebruik werd genomen. We zeiden dat we daar niet blij mee waren omdat we specifiek naar een huisje met jacuzzi hebben gezocht en dat er nergens was vermeld dat de jacuzzi pas in mei kon gebruikt worden tijdens het boeken van het huisje. Eigenaars hebben de jacuzzi schoon gemaakt en konden pas vrijdag gebruiken omdat het water dan op temperatuur was.
