DESIGNER INTERIOR This meticulous & well-appointed interior was professionally designed with high attention to detail. As you enter the main entry you will be greeted by a spacious & open floorplan, with windows galore & west facing to allow for lots of light. The living room features new furniture including plush sofas, accent chairs, area rug, cozy gas fireplace, & beautiful vinyl flooring (note - bedrooms have comfy carpet flooring) to round out the space.
Off the main living area is a gourmet kitchen with adjacent dining room. Our kitchen features a center island with bar seating, open to the living/dining areas, granite countertops & stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 4. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families). • Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. • Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. • Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. Outstanding accomodation
Our stay was magnificent. Great location and the home had everything that is needed for a wonderful relaxing trip. Everything that is needed is in walking distance from the house.
Beautiful stay a couple blocks from the beach, coffee and restaurants. Very clean with central air and comfortable beds. Wifi was excellent for work and entertainment. Would love to stay again.
This property is beautiful and well worth the price. It is very clean and well-stocked. We loved the comfortable beds and the spaciousness. We had a ton of room for the four of us. We walked everywhere!

Love the location, love the unit. The Surf Style team is efficient, especially when we needed them with a couple of items that needed to be taken care of.
Very clean and well kept property. The management was responsive when the internet was not working on arrival. They offered to run out a hair dryer when the one on site was broken.
That being said, I probably wouldn't book a shared building again. The downstairs guests had a dog that barked pretty much nonstop whenever it was left alone in the house. The internet gateway/ONT was also in the other unit so we were unable to troubleshoot on our own.
Overall we loved the house and the location… we lucked out and the bottom unit was inky rented for 2 of the nights we were there and they parked on street and our schedules were different so parking wasn’t an issue. Unit was clean, big enough, and well stocked. I will say with young children the downside is the bathrooms are only showers .. and the 2nd bath is small with no counter space. The thing that I definitely would suggest changing is all of the bedroom and bathroom doors have glass panels… frosted but still glass is if someone goes to restroom or turns on light at night the whole house knows…. With small children this can be inconvenient.

This unit was very clean and in a fantastic location at Windansea Beach…close to LaJolla and Bird Rock. There is tandem parking which can present some issues if both units on the property have cars. One is always blocking the other this way, so coordination of schedules with the other unit is required. Parking on the street is challenging because of parking enforcement, although an option is willing to take a risk.
We had problems with very spotty Internet coverage. They only provide access to YouTube TV (no cable), so when the Internet went down we could not watch TV. We were only able to watch about 2 hours of TV a day (and had very limited Internet connectivity) because of this.
I liked the location close to the beach without being too congested. Walkable to shops and grocery, etc. There was plenty of space with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms.
Host company was very responsive. The location is amazing, and the unit itself very nice. The beds are super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Great stay for a family reunion, a mile away from Bird Rock Coffee (highly recommended) and 1.5 mile scenic walk up the shore to La Jolla Cove and Village.
We felt right at home in La Jolla at this VRBO and had a great say.

No complaints from our group, the place was exactly what our group of 5 needed: close to the ocean, quiet, clean, 2+ baths, and and outdoor area. We would come stay again!
We love La Jolla, and we loved this property. It is a 5 minute walk to Windansea Beach. It is close to many restaurants and shopping. The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed. We hope to stay again!
Just what we needed. Quiet. Comfortable. Proximity to what we wanted. Would totally stay here again.

Great Location
This is the second time we have stayed at this rental. Location, location, location is what it is all about. Morning walks on the beach, late breakfast at one of the many diners and easy vehicle travel to get to essentials. Will definitely be back to rent again. Accommodations are great, big enough to entertain our 3 grandsons and not being on top of one another.
First out of state trip for my husband and I have taken since Covid. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated upper level. We would come back here for the sunsets and walks on the beach. A mere 3 blocks away.
Everything was good. We had an issue with the sofa bed and asked them to fix it. I was disappointed that their response was for us to take more photos so they could research. We were on vacation. I didn’t have time to go back to the VRBO and take photos. They should have done everything on their own given the we spent. I had sent the below photo with my request for help.
