"The property was very nice and accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Plenty of hot water and towels. The issues we had were communication related. I got a welcome email but when we arrived about 8:30 pm there was confusion regarding our reservation. Our unit was not ready and they had to make up all 5 beds. We requested a taxi pickup at 0630 but no one arrived and at 0700 we arranged our own uber pickup. The address also directed our driver to a different property."

"Nice quiet place to stay in Huaraz. Every good price. Clean rooms. Great fast internet. Near the Plaza de Armas and all the restaurants. They offer all the tours at great prices. My 4th time staying at this property ever since 2016. Thanks."
