Not far at all to Nice and a perfect, quiet escape from the city. Dominique was a great and communicative host, and gave us several nearby spots to check out. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely beautiful villa suitable for my wife and I and teenage son. We didn't rent a car and this really wasn't a problem as the public transport links are so good. Typically, bus to Henri Sappia then Tram to Nice. Very easy! Pool excellent and Philippe was so helpful with any questions in the lead up to the stay and also during. We will definitely be returning. So many beautiful places to visit - Antibes, Ventimiglia, Villfranche-sur-Mer, Monaco / Monte Carlo, Juan-Les-Pins etc. Perfect villa for exploring this beautiful region of France. "A beautiful location with stunning views. The property was lovely with lots of charm and character. It was also well equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable. "We had a wonderful family stay at Jean-François' property. There was a lot of privacy and we spent our time outside, enjoying the enchanting garden, private pool and views over Nice. Jean-François and Nana were always available to answer any questions and we felt at home the entire time. We had a car and everything was nearby. We loved our trip!"

"The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked through Expedia, so the fact that the kitchen was only available if you stayed 3 nights did not come through. This was the end of our trip, and I was tired, so I didn't think to ask. They would have unlocked it for me if I had. Just a misunderstanding on my part. The lobby was really interesting. The hallway leading to the elevator to the rooms needs some attention. The vestibule flooring is a tripping hazard. Also, the hall lighting on the room floors needs to be motion activated. Having to find the light switch in the dark is not safe."
