"Good for family with small kids, but way expensive"

"We were a 2 family group with a bunch of teenagers (6) but it could have easily accommodated more of us. Very rarely does a vocational rental exceed all expectations for everyone but this one did. There was a ton of space for everyone. The pool area was gorgeous with all the plants. You are literally enjoying a rain forest paradise. The house has everything you need for your vacation whether you are cooking for your group or going to the beach, everything is there. It is also located near a ton of activities. Tracy was an excellent host. Very quick to respond to all of our questions and give recommendations when we were looking for them. We will definitely rent this house again when we come back to PR."

"Our stay at Finca Ki was amazing! The Tierra room was pristine. Local artists created the beautiful wall art and bedside lamps. The bed was cozy, the towels were white and fluffy, and remotes were close at hand. Gustavo and his wife have thought of every detail. They could not have been more helpful and kind. Finca Ki is located on the edge of El Yunque. From the porch you can see a rocky stream and hear birdsong. Finca Ki is a home in the rainforest. We are looking forward to another visit!"

"Our stay was absolutely amazing - I cannot say enough good things! We especially loved the deck off the kitchen it's the perfect spot for morning coffee and the view is just breathtaking. Our group of 10 ate all our meals out there as well! The pool area is also amazing - the pictures do not do it justice. Ric was a great host and helped us plan a wonderful vacation with a guided tour of El Yunque and a private boat charter to Palamino. One of the best VRBO's we've ever rented!"

"Fabulous everything! The view, the ever accommodating and kind-hearted host, and the thoughtful amenities were the best. Sugar for coffee, salt and pepper on the table, pits and pans of all sorts, and even a big drawer of storage containers for leftovers. The layout was great, with several pleasant places for congregating, a nicely arranged kitchen, and a half bath by the pool. We were a group of 16 adults, all family members, and we did breakfast and at least one other meal at the house. All of us loved it. "

"The house was large and comfortable for our group of 7. More attention to simple details would have made our stay much better, like: - there is a pool table but no cue ball, the felt on the table is ripped and 5 or 6 cue sticks but only 1 cue stick has any felt on the tip.- When we first entered the house I found a bucket with water and a mop sitting in the middle of the foyer.- The house was clean in the highly visible spots but not in corners behind furniture or around the sides of the stove.- There was no renters guide or list of instructions and recommendations for local dining that you usually find in a high end vacation rental.- The bed in the master bedroom was loud enough to wake my wife or I whenever we shifted sleeping position.- The dresser drawer in the master bedroom came apart the first time we tried to use it. Someone had obviously tried to repair it in the past by hammer in a couple of metal staples to hold it together. Of course the “repair” did not last."
