Prestigious new design property, it has it all! Luxury, light, large spaces, great views, heated pool, large garden and private parking. It is located right in front of the old mills that characterize Fuerteventura a few steps from bars and restaurants in "rural-chic" style of downtown Lajares and near the supermarket. Halfway between the great golden beaches of the park of the dunes of Corralejo and the turquoise waters of the famous beaches of Cotillo. The serenity of a large garden with palm trees and tropical plants and the comfort of a large relaxation area with a large pool with double heating system to enjoy every day of the year. Large size for 8 people, the very well equipped house, offers in its 200 m2 (its a plot of 1200) large spaces: a living room of 60 m2 with huge windows towards the garden and pool area. It has 4 double rooms, two with direct access to the pool area, one with a garden view and one on the incredible upstairs with windows on all sides, bathroom en suite and large terrace to enjoy the sunset towards the Cotillo. Of the 3 bathrooms, one is “en-suite” and another has an outdoor patio, all three have large “Walk-in” showers. On the large terrace facing south there is also the BBQ area equipped with light and sink. Our long experience is available to make the best of your vacation, such as organizing in the same property yoga classes or with personal trainer or simply to find the restaurant or the beach that you may like the most. We stayed for a week with our company for a workation and liked the place very much. Very nice, new and modern finca situated centrally in Lajares. Sara & Katja took very good care of us. Could not have been better! :-)
We had a great stay, villa was very good although the double bedroom downstairs does not have air con (OK for the end of March). The little kiddies house was great for our 2 and 3 1/2 yr old granddaughters. Pool was very good and warm. Laundry room was really useful for storing the kids buggies. Some simple instructions for the TV would have been helpful.
Insgesamt hat alles gepasst… Übergabe war problemlos und uns wurde auch geholfen als eine polige defekt war! Fußläufig ist Bäcker und Supermarkt sowie Restaurants zu erreichen! Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur so dass die Kids von morgens bis abends beschäftigt waren! Küchenausstattung könnte noch ein wenig differenzierter sein aber im Großen und Ganzen ist alles vorhanden!
A very well positioned good quality property within walking distance of Local village and within 15 minutes easy drive of coast. Friendly and responsive local management made our stay easy and enjoyable for the whole family.
