ROOFTOP (English)

GENERAL

Hours of use: from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Prohibited: Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and abuse of alcoholic beverages. Use of sound equipment without authorization from the administration.

Responsibility: All users must pick up their trash and leave the area clean and tidy. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Permitted objects: The use of glasses, cups, mugs, plates, etc. made of glass, crystal, ceramic, or any other brittle material is prohibited. Only reusable plastic or aluminum utensils are permitted. Glass bottles and refractories can only be used in the grill area.

Furniture: The furniture is for common use and cannot be reserved. It must be returned to its original place after use.

Pets: Pets are not allowed, except for properly identified assistance animals.

Exclusivity: Use and enjoyment is exclusive to residents, authorized guests, and guests.

Maximum Capacity: Each condominium owner has the right to use the rooftop with a maximum of 8 people simultaneously, including the owner of the apartment, his/her guests, or in the case of his/her guests. For special events, it is necessary to reserve the space in advance, subject to availability and approval by the administration.

Sanctions: Failure to comply with the regulations may result in sanctions, including temporary restriction of access to the rooftop.

Disclaimer: The administration is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or forgotten, lost, or stolen personal items.

POOL AREA

Etiquette: Use of a swimsuit is mandatory when submerging in the pool. Towels used must have a pool design (e.g. white, with blue or beige stripes, or any other classic pool design, not printed or dark colors). Snacks must be served in containers with a decent presentation, not in their commercial packaging.

Prohibited: Diving, performing dangerous maneuvers or any activity that puts your own safety or that of other users at risk. Shouting, running in wet areas or playing rough games that may cause accidents.

Safety and hygiene: All users must shower before entering the pool. People with open wounds, skin infections, or any condition that may affect the health of other users are not allowed. Eating while submerged in the pool is prohibited. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Minors who have not yet mastered their sphincters must wear special swimming diapers.

Use of accessories and floats: The use of floats and small water toys is permitted, as long as they do not interfere with the enjoyment of other users.

GYM

Access: The gym is for the exclusive use of people over 18 years of age.
Clothing and personal equipment: It is mandatory to wear appropriate sports clothing and closed sports shoes. Each user must bring and use their own personal towel for hygiene and protection of the equipment. It is prohibited to enter barefoot, with sandals or inappropriate footwear.

Hygiene and cleaning: All equipment must be cleaned after use using the products available in the gym. Keep the area tidy, returning the equipment and accessories to their place after use.

Use of the facilities: Use the machines and equipment correctly following the instructions and recommendations to avoid accidents. Maintain a reasonable time of use on each machine, especially during times of high demand. Do not alter or attempt to repair the equipment. Report any damage, malfunction or need for maintenance to the management.

Conduct: Keep a moderate volume on your headphones so as not to disturb other users. Avoid shouting, throwing weights or doing activities that may put the safety of others at risk.

Prohibitions: It is not allowed to consume food or alcoholic beverages inside the gym. Only water or sports drinks in closed containers are allowed. It is forbidden to enter with glass objects, large backpacks or other items that may obstruct the space or put safety at risk.

Responsibility: The use of the gym is under the responsibility of each user. The administration is not responsible for injuries, accidents or loss of personal items.

GRILL AREA

Reservation: It is mandatory to make a prior reservation with the administration to guarantee the availability of the grill. This has a cost that includes deep cleaning of the grill.

Hygiene and order: When finished, leave the surrounding area clean and in perfect order. Remove all waste and deposit the trash in the designated containers.

Waste Management: Pouring oil, grease or other waste into drains, planters or common areas is strictly prohibited. Use appropriate containers to dispose of it.

Lighting the Fire: Use only safe and appropriate products (such as charcoal, solid lighters or grill fluid) to light the grill. The use of flammable liquids such as gasoline, alcohol or other dangerous products is prohibited.

Responsibility: Handle the fire safely and under supervision at all times to avoid accidents. Notify management of any damage or malfunction of the equipment immediately.

Safety: Do not leave the grill unattended while it is lit. Keep children away from the grill area.

Prohibitions: The grill is not permitted to be used for commercial activities or unauthorized events.

Responsibility: The use of the grill is under the responsibility of each user. Management is not responsible for injuries, accidents or loss of personal items.

ROOFTOP (Español)

GENERALES

Horario de uso: de 6:00 a 23:00 horas.

Prohibido: Fumar, consumir sustancias ilegales, y abusar de bebidas alcohólicas. Utilizar equipos de sonido sin autorización de la administración.

Responsabilidad: Todo usuario debe recoger su basura y dejar el área limpia y ordenada. Menores de 12 años deben estar acompañados por un adulto responsable en todo momento.

Objetos permitidos: Se prohíbe el uso de vasos, copas, tazas, platos, etc. de vidrio, cristal, cerámica, o cualquier otro material quebradizo. Únicamente está permitido utilizar utensilios de plástico o aluminio reutilizables. Botellas y refractarios de vidrio únicamente se pueden utilizar en el área del asador.

Mobiliario: El mobiliario es de uso común y no puede reservarse. Debe ser devuelto a su lugar original después de usarlo.

Mascotas: No se permite el ingreso de mascotas, excepto animales de asistencia debidamente identificados.

Exclusividad: El uso y gocé es exclusivo para residentes, invitados autorizados, y huéspedes.

Capacidad Máxima: Cada condómino tiene derecho a utilizar el rooftop con un máximo de 8 personas simultáneamente, incluyendo al titular del departamento, sus invitados, o en el caso sus huéspedes. En eventos especiales, es necesario reservar el espacio con anticipación, sujeto a disponibilidad y a la aprobación de la administración.

Sanciones: El incumplimiento del reglamento puede derivar en sanciones, incluyendo la restricción temporal del acceso a la azotea.

Exención de responsabilidad: La administración no se hace responsable por accidentes, lesiones o por objetos personales olvidados, perdidos o robados.


ZONA DE ALBERCA

Etiqueta: Uso obligatorio de traje de baño para sumergirse en la alberca. Las toallas que se utilicen deben de tener diseño de alberca (Ej. Blancas, con rayas azules ó beige, ó cualquier otro diseño clásico de alberca, no estampadas ni de colores oscuros). Las botanas deben de servirse en recipientes de presentación decorosa, no en su empaque comercial.

Prohibido: Tirarse clavados, realizar maniobras peligrosas o cualquier actividad que ponga en riesgo la seguridad propia o de otros usuarios. Gritar, correr en las áreas húmedas o realizar juegos bruscos que puedan causar accidentes.

Seguridad e higiene: Todo usuario debe ducharse antes de ingresar a la alberca. No se permite el ingreso de personas con heridas abiertas, infecciones de la piel, o cualquier condición que pueda afectar la salud de los demás usuarios. Está prohibido consumir alimentos mientras se está sumergido en la alberca. Los niños menores de 12 años deben estar acompañados y supervisados por un adulto responsable en todo momento. Los menores que aún no controlan esfínteres deben usar pañales especiales para natación.

Uso de accesorios y flotadores: Se permite el uso de flotadores y juguetes acuáticos pequeños, siempre que no interfieran con el disfrute de otros usuarios.

GIMNASIO

Acceso: El gimnasio es de uso exclusivo para personas mayores de 18 años.
Indumentaria y equipo personal: Es obligatorio usar ropa deportiva adecuada y calzado deportivo cerrado. Cada usuario debe llevar y utilizar su propia toalla personal para higiene y protección de los equipos. Está prohibido ingresar descalzo, con sandalias o calzado inapropiado.

Higiene y limpieza: Todos los equipos deben limpiarse después de usarse utilizando los productos disponibles en el gimnasio. Mantenga el área ordenada, devolviendo los equipos y accesorios a su lugar después de utilizarlos.

Uso de las instalaciones: Utilice las máquinas y equipos de manera correcta siguiendo las instrucciones y recomendaciones para evitar accidentes. Mantenga un tiempo de uso razonable en cada máquina, especialmente durante horarios de alta demanda. No altere ni intente reparar los equipos. Informe a la administración cualquier daño, mal funcionamiento o necesidad
