The house is located in the beautiful gated resort community Laguna De La Paz. There is a lake filled with fish, turtles and ducks. Multiple tennis courts and a pickle ball court. Gym on site as well! Two heated pools overlooking the lake and mountains. This place is dreamy!! The house has 3 beds and 3 baths. All beds are high end with luxury hotel collection bedding and all bedrooms have there own large screen smart TV’s! Extremely comfortable for all guests! The living room has a long sectional sofa that’s comfortable enough to sleep a extra guest. There are 3 additional Intex air mattresses if needed. Full size real wood dining table set up for 6. Kitchen with double oven, dishwasher and breakfast table and chairs. Extremely cozy and cute. The house has 2 fireplaces, a indoor bar and a nice outdoor area with a gas fire pit .
