The application fee of $38.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A $1,000 per month utility fee deposit is required at time of signing the agreement.

Outdoor: 
Take in the SoCal sun in the pool and catch some rays on the tanning shelf or one of the four lounge chairs. Grill up some lunch on the barbecue and enjoy a meal al fresco at the dining table with seating for six. Challenge friends and family to the bean bag toss game. After a fun-filled day,  take a soak in the spa or relax with some sparkling conversation at the propane fire table with seating for six.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious great room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the great room to lounge in front of a 60-inch LG Smart television and natural gas Fireplace in comfort switch-controlled ceiling fan. The formal dining room features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as an LG french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for three and a breakfast nook with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located down the hall first door on the right and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 60-inch Samsung Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks. Suite 2 is located across from bedroom 4 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 28-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 is located next to master suite 1 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 28-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity sinks. Bedroom 4 is located next to the garage and features a Queen-sized Bed, switch-controlled ceiling fan, reach-in closet, and a workstation desk. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity sinks.

The hallway powder room features a pedestal sink.
