"It's a clean apartment with very effective air-conditioning, which is a life saver in the heat.
The apartment is a bit tired (laminate flooring coming up in places, radiator coming away from the wall) but nothing dangerous or that would make it unusable. It could just do with a bit of TLC.

"It is not an Aparthotel, like in the description. There is no housekeeping and getting in for the first time is a disaster (others reported the same). Even though they had my contact from Expedia, they only sent me the details to get in after I had to call them (multiple times) with expensive roaming.
The apartment is run-down and on the most ugly balcony I ever saw we had the AC-outlets of all five floors. Good we didn’t came in summer!"
