Chateau d'Urspelt

"We checked in and the property is beautiful and its a wonderful place however check in was a bit unsatisfactory, we were sold access to the Spa but when we went there we had no services available, and we were told the train station was 10 minutes away and they had a shuttle to get us there but upon check out we were told we need to reserve the shuttle ahead , we ended up at a bus stop for an hr in the middle of nowhere, not very accommodating after we just stayed at a very high end hotel. The restaurant was wonderful and we still enjoyed the stay, just a bit disappointed!!!"

"Wonderful staff who stayed open late in the restaurant for 6 of us who just arrived after restaurant hours. Parking is a little tight, but we did manage eventually. Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, outdoor patio area for breakfast and convenient to walk into the city. It is a decent walk to the War Museum, but an easy drive in a few minutes."

"It’s a lovely hotel just outside Luxembourg. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it."

"The resort is beautiful and the staff makes you feel welcome and the area is very picturesque. We had food in one of their Italian restaurants.... Limon which was terrible. Breakfast restaurant was amazing every morning since we were there for the Belgian GP. The walls inside are painted black in the hallways and room entrance which gives you a nightclub vibe..... Not sure if that's appropriate for a resort. I would give this place 4.5 stars."

"Nice breakfast. Good location and well maintained hotel. Newly renovated and very clean. Hotel is great but only beware that there are no elevators so not wheelchair friendly. Staff is super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed it. Thanks for everything."
Charming waterside house 閭center of La Roche-en-Ardenne Belgium

"This terraced house is in a lovely location beside the river close to the centre of La Roche. On arrival you can unload your car outside, without disrupting the traffic.Unfortunately car parking is a problem. There is NO dedicated car parking spot, so it is pot luck / free for all. The nearest 4 places are at 80m then 250m then further away or on the other side of the river. Free but not convenient.There is a gorgeous balcony outside the second floor bedroom, overlooking the river, bridge, park and cafe.Communication was a problem as vrbo could not seem to send the right info to get on to my Windows 11 laptop . . . .The beds are good and large, but one was broken and held up with stones underneath . . . a bulb failed in 1st floor front bedroom, could not see spares.Blinds are thin material letting in too much light, black out needed.Lovely floors but creaky stairs. TV better down on a low table.Bathroom sink was slow to drain, so we cleaned the cup and pipes - helped but needs proper clean out. Good shower, cramped loo. Bebe football downstairs; back door not lockable with key.No visitors book, so one learns nothing of your predecessors. Namur: St Loup [book a guide, Citadel & F Rops gallery make a special day. In conclusion would we recommend this property or consider visiting again. Now that we know it, we would certainly go again, it is a delicious area to explore and the Belgians are pretty friendly. La Barrière de Transinne

"Really nice hotel. Stayed for only one night but had food and drink in the restaurant. Order burgers but steaks came out, staff were very helpful to rectify the order. The desert ordered however took an age to come out. Minor issue with the plug in the sink being broken and the temperature was warm and the room lacked Air con so it was a warm night. All in all though it was a positive and I would stay again."
