Located just outside a charming village, bordered by a stream, this detached house comprises, on the ground floor: a dining room, living room, kitchenette, and WC. The first floor has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm), one with a double bed (140cm) and a cot, and a shower room. There is also a garage. The property features a large, wooded garden surrounded by a thuja hedge, and a partially covered terrace. A barbecue is also provided. Other amenities include a pétanque court and boules. Electric heating, fiber optic internet, and smart TV are available. Fishing is permitted.

Pets are welcome free of charge. Towels are provided free of charge upon request to the owner at the time of booking.
