Beautiful location in La Rochelle

Excellent accommodation with all amenities provided, topped off with a magnificent outlook from the lounge and balcony as shown in the photographs. Mr Mercier is a caring and attentive host making a very enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable, with easy and secure parking. A very convenient base for touring and visiting Ile de Ré. Shortish walk to a good selection of restaurants and shops in La Rochelle but there is a decent little cafe around the corner if you don't want to venture too far.

Perfect break

Good value, modern apartment, would recommend to friends. Positive contact from manager/owner, good assistance from key holder as route was closed in many places , due to roadworks. Came and collected us from town center !

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Ein großer Balkon mit einem direkten Blick auf das Wasser. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Trotz der Straße ist kein nennenswerter Verkehr. Viele Franzosen verfügen mittlerweile über ein E-Auto, die man kaum wahrnimmt. Ein Abendspaziergang entlang der gepflegten Promenade haben wir sehr oft unternommen.Herr Francis hat während unseres Urlaubs immer wieder nachgefragt ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind. Nun, das konnten wir immer wieder bestätigen. Vielen Dank!La Rochelle hat mit seinen vielen Gassen und Straßen und einer verkehrsberuhigten Innenstadt viel zu bieten. Historisch sowie auch kulinarisch.

Met aandacht

Heerlijk appartement. Zeer aardige eigenaar, waarmee ik contact had over de bedden, het huren van fietsen, probleempje oplossen. Heel attent. We hebben genoten, fijne buurt voor de boodschappen en op de fiets of met de bus, snel in het centrum. Eb een heerlijke lunch of borrelplek op de hoek.

Un choix parfait à la Rochelle

D'abord notre hôte. Super sympa, il répond à la moindre demande de manière très réactive. L'appartement: très joli, on voit que ce n'est pas uniquement un investissement, la déco est très bien, il y a des petits plus un peu partout. Le seul tout petit bémol, les plus de 1m80 se souviendront de la lampe de la cuisine. L'emplacement: il faut soit utiliser les vélos soit marcher beaucoup car la ville est allergique à la voiture ou alors un bus au pied de la résidence amène à la plage Chef de Baie ou dans le centre en quelques minutes.

Schöne Wohnung mit Traumaussicht

Wir verbrachten herrliche 2 Wochen in dieser sehr schönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Dazu kommt noch die große Terrasse mit Traumblick auf die Bucht von La Rochelle mit dem Schiffsverkehr vom Alten Hafen und dem riesigen Yachthafen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Gesamtausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist ruhig, direkt an der Uferpromenade, mit bequemen Spazier- und Radwegen. Am Alten Hafen ist man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten, außerdem fährt die Buslinie 6 mit Haltestelle vor der Haustür in die Stadt. Das Auto kann man sicher auf den vielen Parkplätzen im Hausgelände stehen lassen. Auch für Ausflüge die Küste entlang oder auf die Ile de Re ist es ein idealer Standort. Der Eigentümer Monsieur Mercier hat uns bereits vorab sehr gut informiert und uns bei allen Anliegen schnell geholfen. Diana hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

un superbe appartement

Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment agréable, dans un appartement tout confort avec vue sur la mer. Le propriétaire que nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer (mais c'était pour une bonne cause) était vraiment d'une grande gentillesse. L'arrivée et le départ se sont passés sans aucun problème. un parking bien agréable surtout lorsque vous êtes une personne en situation de handicap. Merci Mr Mercier pour ce superbe appartement.

C'était un grand plaisir de passer nos vacances dans le superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et La Rochelle. L'appartement avec une grande terrasse est tres bien équipé. Descriptif fidèle à la réalité. Très bel appartement dans une résidence très calme. Vue sur mer à 180 degrés exceptionnelle. Commerces à proximité.
