On sort par la porte et on est dans l"ocean

On a passé un tres agreeable weekend prolongé a deux couples. L'appartement ideal en taille, acces a l'ocean, magasins, restaurants, navette bateau pour aller au vieux port. Tout pres du phare de la fin du monde. Jolie balade possible directement le long du littoral jusqu'a Ayrte. A refaire. Tres gentille proprietaire. t depuis l'appartement le londljusqu'Ayrte

Emplacement idéal, appartement confortable

Proche de la plage, de la côte, de la ville (arrêt bus à quelques mètres), l'appartement est bien équipé et suffisamment grand (deux vraies chambres). La boulangerie en bas est top, petits commerces à proximité, très bon glacier.

Idéalement situé avec magnifique vue

Appartement conforme aux photos et idéalement situé, proche commerces, accès direct plage, à 20 mn vieux port de la Rochelle, proche transports en communs (bus et bus de la mer). La vue plage et mer est magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas, quoi de mieux que de commencer la journée avec un petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Très bon accueil, appartement propre et confortable, très bien équipé. A relouer sans hésiter.

Superbe emplacement

Emplacement privilégié avec vue sur la plage. Un plaisir de commencer la journée avec un bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en regardant les jolis voiliers. L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé. On a eu de la vaisselle sale à notre arrivée mais probablement imputable aux précédents occupants. La place de parking est très petite mais elle dépanne bien. On reste ravi de notre séjour.

Tres bel emplacement

Superbe accueil par Françoise. Appartement très agreable, refait à neuf. L'emplacement estmagique, face à la mer sur un espace piéton. Port de la Rochelle a 20 mn à pied en longeant la mer. L'île de Re est à quelques kms...un régal! Je recommande.

L’appartement est très bien situé, calme et fonctionnel. La place de parking souterraine est par contre très petite et difficile d’accès. Heureusement, nous étions en clio. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Der Preis ist etwas zu hoch

Der Preis ist etwas zu hoch für die Ausstattungsqualität. Betten sind etwas zu Kurz (Vintage-Stahlbetten) und die mit Kabelbinder fixierten Lattenroste passen nicht in Gestell. dreht man sich im Bett, Rumpelt es im der ganzen Wohnung. Geschirr und Besteck ist zusammengewürfelt. Parkplatz in der Garage zu Eng für heutige Verhälnisse. Top ist die Nähe zum Strand, der direkte Zugang vom Haus an den Strand, die ruhige Lage der Schlafzimmer und die Wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer.

Belle vue mer et sur le phare du bout du monde!

L'appartement est très agréable et calme. Belles promendes à faire le long de la côte et vers le centre de la Rochelle. Commerces de proximité. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par les propriétaires. Tres bon séjour.

Agréable séjour

Appartement correspondant exactement aux descriptif et photos. Les pieds dans l’eau. Tout à proximité. Des vacances sans voiture. Restaurant terrasse en dessous sans que cela gêne. Un conseil, prendre le forfait vélo YELO de La Rochelle (2€ pour 2 jours pour des trajets de moins de 30 mn ou 5€ les 7 jours), cela permet de rejoindre le centre ville en 10 mn à vélo, piste cyclable tout le long du port Prévoir des chaussures de plage

Es war rundum perfekt

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt . Der Balkon mit Meerblick war der Hit . Jeden Morgen am Atlantik entlang laufen war wunderschön. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Strand vor der Haustür-was will man mehr ;-)

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Très bon accueil et communication avec Mme Ondet parfaite. L'appartement est idéalement situé avec son accès direct à la plage qui est au top. La vue est superbe. Si j'avais un petit bémol à apporter sur l'appartement cela serai les VMC qui font beaucoup de bruit et sont en mauvais états. La place de parking non attitrée n'est pas précisée dans l'annonce. Il y a bien un parking privé et sécurisé mais par contre pas de place attitré donc pas sur d'avoir une place. Il nous ai arrivé plusieurs fois de devoir nous garer a l'extérieur du parking de la résidence a quelques mètres de l'appartement. Je tiens à préciser que cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de bonnes vacances. Je recommande cette belle location.

Appartement calme et très bien situé.

Vue sur mer très agréable, accès direct à la plage, accès au centre historique de La Rochelle par le bus de mer, club de voile à proximité, départ à proximité du sentier des douaniers, connexion internet haut débit (fibre), nombreux cafés et restaurants : de quoi satisfaire les envies de vacances les plus variées. Vous n'aurez besoin de votre voiture que pour aller au supermarché ( les magasins d'alimentation accessibles à pied offrent un choix limité ).

Excellent Apartment and Location

The apartment was very good, spacious, with an excellent balcony, view and location. The car parking is good. The apartment sits directly on the beach front at Les Minimes, which is west facing so has long evening sunshine. Locally there is a good restaurant directly in front and a boulanger and a few other shops just around the corner. A short drive ( 1-2km ) away is a large supermarket and petrol station. The beach is very good for sunbathing and at low tide the rocks are good for exploring the rock pools. I would recommend beach shoes for this. We travelled to La Rochelle several time via the costal path or sea bus, where there are markets held weekly. La Rochelle has everything from castles, to culture, shops and history, with plenty of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. Further afield we went to Ile de re which is good for cycling with a family. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. My family and I had a wonderful time and would happily stay again.
