Welcome to this modern 3 bedroom penthouse in the heart of the prestigious Casa de Campo resort in the Dominican Republic. With spectacular views over the famous Dye Fore golf course, this apartment combines contemporary comfort with an exceptional natural setting.

Ideally located, it is just a 2 minute drive from the charming village of Altos de Chavón, a must-see destination, and 10 min from La Marina, perfect for those who enjoy sailing and a vibrant lifestyle.

Where luxury meets serenity,

Discover this elegant penthouse, with living and dining room opening onto a beautiful covered terrace and its unique tropical view. All spaces are ideal for sharing and relaxing, and promise an unforgettable experience. Its large and bright central spaces are oriented to a breathtaking view of the Dye Fore golf course, creating an atmosphere of serenity and elegance.

The slightly secluded television studio offers an intimate space for quiet entertainment or relaxation.

All rooms are a haven of peace combining comfort and privacy. All have their own private bathroom and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms, which enjoy a coral finish, add a touch of sophistication. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the elegant fittings to the modern faucets, to ensure an unforgettable stay.

Outside, a comfortable sitting area invites you to enjoy convivial moments, while a dedicated breakfast table is perfect for savoring a morning coffee in harmony with the surrounding nature.

This penthouse, fully equipped and with room service, is ideal for a memorable vacation with family or friends, where comfort and luxury combine to create an incomparable experience !

Is included in the rental Housekeeping service from 8:30 am to 5pm, 7 days a week with one staff member. Evening and dining services after 5pm are extra.

Golf cart rental is also available, with remote reservation and delivery to the villa on the day of arrival.

Located in the heart of casa de campo, you'll easily be able to enjoy the casa de campo complex and all its outstanding amenities. A veritable city within a city, casa de campo offers visitors a complete, upscale experience. From the apartment, you can easily reach the incredible Altos de Chavón villa, the chic Marina with its many restaurants and boutiques, or the many points of interest such as the spa, tennis center and golf courses.

Casa de Campo has introduced a daily registration fee for guests staying in private rented villas to access the entire resort and use its facilities.

*25.00 USD per adult per night (12 years and older)*.
*12.00 USD per child per night (4 to 12 years old)*.
*FREE for children under 4 years old*.

Please note that these additional charges are set by Casa de Campo and Villa Mar y Lago is not responsible for them. The registration fee must be paid at check-in before accessing the resort, at the Villa Owners Club office located at the main guest entrance of Casa de Campo (8:30 am to 10:00 pm).

Each registered person will receive an identification card. This card will give you access to the resort and other facilities, including:

- Personalized courtesy service from Villa Owner Club concierges for restaurant reservations and activities such as :
- Equestrian Center
- Shooting range
- Tennis courts
- Casa de Campo Spa
- Access to golf courses
- Use of the gymnasium

Beautiful views

The penthouse apartment is just as listed, beautiful and spacious. We were only 4 adults but it would be just as comfortable for 8 people. Nieves, the housekeeper, was friendly and prepare for us delicious dominican breakfast. This is our 4th time in Casa de Campo in 2 years and every time we have a great family time, this was no exception. Thank you Zoe and Nieves.
