Magnificent villa overlooking the turquoise waters of the bay of Grand Case.

Extraordinary 180 ° view of the sea and the surrounding hills.

Large terrace of 150 m² furnished with swimming pool, deckchairs, outdoor lounge, dining table in the shade of the gazebo, and almost completely overlooked for exclusive and relaxing holidays.

Inside, all the modern comforts of a beautiful villa of 120 m² completely renovated in 2020.

Around, the very central, calm and secure district of Savane.

The Sea View villa offers a unique view of the Caribbean Sea, from the magnificent bay of Marigot to the Creole Rock, a snorkeling site located in front of Grand Case, gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.

You can sip a cocktail in front of a magnificent sunset and all this without moving from the pool.

A terrace of 150 m2 in exotic wood surrounds a beautiful swimming pool of 6 m x 3 m, not overlooked.

You can relax in the outdoor sofas or on the deckchairs and have lunch in the shade of the cazebo.

You will also find a ping-pong table, table football, pool fries, and even an outdoor shower.

If necessary in winter, at the end of the day, you can afford the luxury of activating the swimming pool heating for absolute comfort.

The Sea View villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers.

It is equipped with WIFI Internet, as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with dressing room, and also a sea view.

The bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets if necessary.

The kitchen open to the living room offers a beautiful panorama of the sea. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery .. nothing missing!

The living room has a large sofa, facing a television connected to the Internet and also with Orange TV, and a large bay window facing the pool and the sea.

All household linen is provided: sheets, hand towels, beach towels, tea towels and bath mats.

The Sea View villa is located in the private development of Savanna, a very quiet and secure area, located between the beaches of Friar's Bay and Grande Case.

The Villa is geographically very central on the island to allow you to take advantage of all the attractions of Saint-Martin:

A car is essential to get around the island even if the distances are short.

We can recommend car rental companies at very affordable prices who can deliver the car directly to the airport and even directly to the villa.

For safety reasons, although the swimming pool is equipped with an alarm, we recommend the villa to families whose children can swim.
