Var - Spacious villa in a quiet location with swimming pool, beach and shops on foot!

For a dream vacation, we rent the time of our home holidays in Seyne on sea.

The house, the land and the pool are for the exclusive use of tenants during their stay.
The house is in a dead end on a private road (quiet without any passage). If you are not transported do not worry the House is very well served (bus stop 50m from the house - passage every 15 min - Toulon TGV station 30 minutes by bus or boat bus).

To use the garden, terrace and pool in privacy is in joint ownership without any opposite with facing south.
It offers a shaded garden with lawn (Synthetic, a treat for the kids).

The parking (for 3 cars) is private with closing by electric gate.
Near the sea:
It is a town house with all these amenities and is located only 800 meters from a sandy beach (Mar vivo and Sablettes).

This home has 3 bedrooms and has two bathrooms with separate toilet. For your daily, you can use a large living room with dining area, open kitchen.

To note:
Finally, we must feed Vanilla, the house cat who lives outside and does not want to leave his corner of paradise.

Super abode in an excellent location by the water

Exactly as described! We had a wonderful holiday in this house which comes with a large garden and pool. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach with its restaurant on the sand and local shop. Upon our arrival, Sandra and Florent greeted us with cool drinks and an amazing local rosé wine and provided us with all necessary information for us to spend an stress-free holiday. This place, location and house has now become our favourite and we have been travelling and renting houses for many years but this one is far the best we have been into. We are already planning our next 2 trips there. We do highly recommend this house for families, couples and or Friends wishing to have a fabulous stress-free holiday in a beautiful part of the French Riviera.

Wir hatten ein super Haus in La Seyne de Sur in Toulon. Mit Pool und allem was dazu gehört. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß.

Très agréable villa avec piscine proche mer et commerces

Avons passé avec nos 3 ados,15 jours formidables en juillet 2016 dans cette magnifique villa extrêmement bien agencée et confortable. Tout y est la piscine, le jardin très bien entretenu, la tranquillité ( aucun vis à vis ), la terrasse couverte, le four à pizzas, la cuisine hyper bien équipée, la suite parentale impeccable...etc. Les commerces sont à deux pas et la plage est très proche aussi. Le propriétaire n'est pas avare de bonnes adresses pour vous faire découvrir la région. Enfin, notre fille a adoré s'occuper des animaux de la famille (3 tortues et 1 chat). En résumé, nous conseillons vivement cette villégiature tant au niveau des prestations que de la situation. Famille Ackermann

Superbe

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines l'été dernier dans cette superbe maison moderne, fonctionnelle, confortable et à la décoration jolie et simple. Nous avons apprécié la piscine tres bien entretenue, le four à pizza et le barbecue pour nos repas en famille pris sur la terrasse couverte. La compagnie de vanille le chatte de la maison, des tortues et escargots du jardin ont fait le bonheur de notre fils qui a pris plaisir à les nourrir. Les propriétaires sont restés discrets pr nous laisser profiter en toute liberté de notre séjour tout en restant à notre disposition pr la moindre question. La plage et le centre ville est accessible à pied!! Le bord de mer avec ses petits restaurants et bars est très agréable. Grand super marché à 5 minutes pied. Emplacement de la maison idéal! Seul bémol, l'eau des égouts déversées ds la mer ne nous à pas permis de profiter comme il se doit des joies de la baignade en mer (eau polluée et odeur infecte sur la plage...) Heureusement, la piscine était là! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé des vacances superbes! la maison est super tout est conforme aux photos, elle est pratique, spacieuse et la cuisine d'été est super! le jardin est très bien entretenu. La maison est proche des commerces et de la plage, il manque juste une clim mais c'est optionnel. merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur réactivité;

SEJOUR REPOSANT

Une propriété agréable où tout le séjour peut se passer à l'extérieur. En effet la piscine exposée plein sud permet des après midi entiers à bronzer sans le moindre vis à vis pendant que les enfants siestent à l'étage. Les grillades consommées sous la terrasse ombragée, commerces à proximité, la plage à 2mn en vélo ! Pour résumer, excepté 1 fois, nous n'avons pas eu à nous servir de la voiture pendant toute la semaine et nous avons appréciés tout particulièrement le repos et le calme que nous cherchions et que nous avons trouvé en ce lieu. A recommander vivement pour tous ceux qui en ont marre de courir toute l'année.

un très bon séjour

Un accueil des propriétaires bien agréable et sympathique en Aout 2014. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille avec nos enfants, la maison était très fonctionnelle et lumineuse . On a apprécié la mer à deux pas pour le bain du matin et les bains de soleil au bord de la piscine sans vis à vis dans l'après midi pendant la sieste des enfants. Nous avions autour de nous les principaux commerces pour nos achats quotidien. Un séjour à recommander sans hésiter !
