"Dreadful is an understatement. The hotel was dirty, flies all over the room, the air conditioning didn’t work, it was inefficient, noisy and dripped water onto my husband all night. WiFi didn’t work in the room. Restaurant wasn’t open until 9 pm at night and only one choice, chicken. Tables in the restaurant area were dirty. "We arrived a few hours before check in time and the front desk was happy to get us into our room early. This was helpful since I had been up since 3am and needed a nap. The room was modern and very clean with everything you would expect of an American style hotel. There was a small gym available and a nice rooftop pool for the summer months. "We had a fabulous four night stay at Kkala Boutique Hotel, all the team are super friendly and helpful, hotel has many gorgeous areas for sitting inside and out as well as a nice pool area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It's a short walk to a number of good restaurants and an easy uber into the centre of town."
