Boasting a unique location on the Atlantic coast facing l'île de Ré, and with 13km of sandy beaches at your fingertips, La Tranche-sur-Mer offers an exceptional beach holiday year-round. Our lovely studio is in an awesome beachfront location and just 50m from the city centre. After a great day, sit back and take in the sea views with your loved ones.

Our cozy STUDIO features a Sofa bed and an alcove with Bunk beds. After a day lounging on the beach, sit back and take in the Sea Views before catching a movie on TV for a charge. Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €16/kit. Beds can be made on arrival for €10.

Wi-Fi is available for €5/day, €15/week, or €25/2 weeks in the apartment for those that wish to connect with friends back home, or find FREE Wi-Fi in the reception. Sit out on your balcony or terrace and take in the views!

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €12/kit.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Residence de L'Ocean where our 25m2 studio is conveniently located. These include the on-site spa and the shared outdoor pool (which is open from May through to September from 10 am to 7 pm). A guest services team is available on-site to ensure you have a stress-free stay. If you're bringing the kids, keep them smiling with the kids club, available in July and August! There is a free shuttle in July and August that runs throughout the town and to the beach.

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/apartment max). Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for €40 to €60.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

Stroll into the city centre, where you will find a number of excellent crêperies, trendy shops, and the tourist centre. Back at the residence, enjoy direct beach access and the views from the pool deck overlooking the ocean. When hunger hits, we recommend heading to the Crêperie La Rose des Vents to try the delicious crêpes, just a 500m walk from the apartment. It's also worth visiting the Blue Mob restaurant, a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
