"Prepaid for a King Room and the plumbing did not work properly. I was told that my only choice was a Queen Room where the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. I had to pay extra for the King Room and was not offered any type of compensation. The housekeeping staff were very friendly."

"The hotel smelled like Marijuana and there were people smoking and drinking alcohol outside. The smell was not tolerable and at times over the night there were loud noises coming from different floors and rooms. Did not feel safe as we had children."

"First of all, the actual room looked nothing like the photos on the website, and the bed size was completely different. Secondly, upon entering the room, the air conditioner blasted out a pungent odor; the sheets, duvet, and pillows were stained with mysterious yellow and red marks, and there were even bugs. The sofa was filthy, and the floor was sticky, as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. This was the worst value-for-money hotel I have ever stayed at; I do not recommend it and certainly won't...

"Rooms were clean, housekeeping was very nice and respectful. Front desk demeanor was cold and not friendly. Breakfast was a disappointment. Barely any bread Friday morning, they had 2 trays of potatoes no biscuits. Not a lot of variety. I went down around 11:30am and the breakfast area was still not clean, egg on floor and tables were not wiped down. 2nd day the same thing except no whole milk. I was walking out and in front of front desk there was a fork that was never picked up."

"We were delighted to have a hot supper at the hotel for free. Everyone in our group found it very good. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices. The hotel staff were fantastic."
