Preiswerter Urlaub, das Zimmer wurde in den 5 Tagen nicht einmal sauber gemacht und das Hotel hat einige Schönheitsfehler, aber für den Peis ok. Die Verpflegung ist im Hotelzimmer zu teuer!

Gemütliches Hotel in Strandnähe

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte uns sehr gut in Deutsch alles erklären.Obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten, bekam unsere Tochter ihren Sonderwunsch: Blick auf Meer, erfüllt. Das Appartement ist veraltet aber sauber und groß. Frühstück war gut, das Abend essen haben wir nur einmal ausprobiert, da es uns leider nicht so geschmeckt hat. Alle Bediensteten waren wirklich freundlich und ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Dejlig beliggenhed og pool men slidte værelser!

Albona er dejligt beliggende 100 m. fra stranden og lige ved strandpromenaden med 25 min. gang ind til Rabac. Der var i vores tilfælde stor forskel på billederne på Expedia og den lejlighed, vi fik. Temmelig mørk, meget slidt køkken, lillebitte balkon med udsigt kun til p-pladsen. Ingen rengøring, men kun skift af håndklæder og tømning af skraldespand hver anden dag. Noget skuffende og levede ikke op til vores forventninger.

Vi fik en helt ny lejlighed/værelse med en super udsigt ud over adriaterhavet. hotellet forventer at alle værelser er nye til maj 2017. jeg kan klart anbefale hotellet. men husk og bestil med udsigt .

NIE MEHR ALBONA !!!

Um zu unserem ersten Appartment zu gelangen mussten wir 120 Treppen bewältigen. Das "4" Personen Appartment war sehr beengt, Balkon für zwei Personen zu klein. Im Hotel das Appartment gewechselt, dieses war sehr geräumig - allerdings sehr schlechter Zustand. Wir hätten gerne von "Albona" gewechselt in "Sanfior" oder "Bellevue" selbstverständlich GEGEN AUFPREIS, dies wurde uns nicht ermöglicht. Alles "Valamar" Häuser - für uns nicht nachvollziehbar!

Nice place to stay

Very good nice hotel close to the beach. Swimming pool big enough. Kids club and stuff are very good, friendly. My kids loved it. But was very disappointed with room cleaning. Every 7 days had to have cleaning, it never happened.

Отдыхали с семьей несколько дней. В целом понравилось. Особенно хочется отметить работу технической службы - при заезде в номер у нас в санузле обнаружилась проблема, которая очень оперативно была решена. Из не удобных моментов - плохая шумоизоляция и пол в номере выложен скользкой кафельной плиткой - довольно опасно для бегающих детей. При бронировании проживания отеле будьте готовы много ходить вверх-вниз на довольно большую высоту к морю.

Das Check in war ein Horror sprechen fast nur englisch die zimmer sehr sehr alt das Bad furchtbar keine Klima hatten über 30 Grad im zimmer und mein Kind 3 Jahre konnte kaum schlafen der Strand ist über 100 steile stiegen und mehr zu erreichen und es ist noch ein riesen hotel inzwischen also Achtung beim buchen

The location is great. We had a car so the free parking was a plus. The weather during our stay was between 37-38 C and the hotel didn't have AC in the apartment. Not sure if it's different in the hotel portion but this made our stay very uncomfortable. The hotel amenities include free WI-FI but that's only in the reception, which isn't very helpful.

Appartementen en hotelkamers in 1 groot complex, onderdeel van Valamar group, gelegen aan een hotelstrip. Parkeren is soms een uitdaging. Kamers kunnen onderhoud gebruiken. Douches met kapotte koppen en een slechte afvoer. Personeel is over het algemeen best vriendelijk, maar kunnen weinig zelf beslissen. Wij hadden geen balkon, wat wel een gemis is om je natte handdoeken te kunnen drogen. Het hele complex en de route naar de kust (rotsen en keien, dus breng een dik matje mee) bestaat uit trappetjes. En naar het strand toe is een serieuze afdaling/klim. Niet echt geschikt voor kinderwagens en minder validen.

Eventually Became OK

When we arrived we were told the room we had booked was not available till the next day. They put us in room E301 instead of our room in complex 5. Do not let them do this to you! It is basically a hallway closet with a bathroom! They gave us a free dinner in their buffet to try and compensate, but it is not compensation enough for the great difference in the room we booked to this room with a small window looking out to a wall of the next building a few feet away! Things improved when we finally received our room, but it was really hard to get over that negative first impression. Smiling staff are a bonus, but smiling staff that do nothing cannot compensate for bad service.

Öststatshotellnära strand

Hotellet är enkelt i ok skick som vanligt ger bilderna en bättre bild än verkligheten. I området finns andra hotell med samma "öststatsdesign" med detta är ett av de bättre. Fin strand promenad ca 2kilometer in till själva byn, Havet och baden är toppen.
