This spacious holiday home near Labin is located only 3.5 km from the coastal pearl Rabac and offers peace, privacy and comfort for up to 8 people. The house has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, heating, WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher provide additional comfort.



The outdoor area is an oasis of relaxation: a 50 m² pool with a slide, sun loungers, parasols, a children's playground, a covered terrace and a lawn invite you to linger. The 1,700 m² completely fenced property guarantees privacy and a well-maintained garden, awarded in 2015 for its design. Pets are welcome, separate smoking is not permitted.



The location offers an ideal mix of nature and activities: Beaches are 3.5 km away, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, cycling, tennis, paintball, horse riding and wine tasting are nearby.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, registration and deregistration fee, bed linen, towels, pool usage, baby cot, electricity, water, gas, heating, internet, kitchen towels and pet usage. A deposit must be paid upon arrival.
