In the heart of southern Ardèche, large family property

Located in the heart of southern Ardèche, 1km from the center of Lablachère, our family home welcomes you for a stay imbued with calm and serenity. Comfortable, open to nature, our house offers many opportunities for relaxation thanks to its large shady park and its many terraces. You will also appreciate being a few minutes from the village where you will find many shops. Within a radius of a few kilometers (max 20km) around the house you can discover typical villages (Les Vans, Thines, Montselgues, Labeaume, ...), bathing places sumptuous and secret (we reserve you some good corners ;-)), markets, in short, what offer you a dream stay.
The house is fully equipped and has all the comforts. In RDC, a vast equipped kitchen (25m ²) opens on the dining room and the living room (35m ²) with library, 2 terraces of which one covered for the warmest moments of the day welcome you for a barbecue. Upstairs, 4 large quiet rooms open onto the garden, the pond and access to the terrace for the master suite (gray bedroom, with bathroom and dressing room). The other 3 bedrooms share a nice bathroom with bathtub. For children we have a relaxation area, games, junior library.
A charging socket for electric vehicles is installed in the property.

  • This is just one of many spectacular views from a walk entitled "Pas Du Loup". We started at Capluc, a cross on a peak above Le Rozier and did the entire circuit. It's still comfortably in my top ten all time great walks. If you suffer acrophobia it's one to be avoided. The area is also something of a mecca for rock climbers. The whole Goreg du Tarn is a special place for me because the tourist buses don't go there and it's reputedly the deepest gorge in Europe.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison meublée avec goût et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le jardin est des plus agréables avec ses différentes terrasses permettant de se prélasser à tout moment de la journée selon l'ensoleillement. Les propriétaires ont toujours été réactifs et disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et de très bons conseils pour nos visites (merci pour le classeur aux informations si précieuses). La maison est idéalement située pour visiter les villages de caractère tels que Balazuc, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Les Naves, Vogüé mais aussi faire du canoé et découvrir les grottes. Nous vous la recommandons pour tous ses atouts !

Très belle et grande

Très belle grande maison. Sur les photos, vous ne pouvez pas voir à quel point la maison est belle. Le propriétaire était très sympathique, et il a aussi compilé de bons documents d'information, même en allemand.

A la maison

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Corinne et sa famille, la maison est très accueillante et fonctionnelle, elle est également très bien placée pour rayonner dans le sud Ardèche. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions de nos Hôtes, nous nous sommes sentis « à la maison ».
